(Set Up 2): Attached the black rubber base plate onto a pre-installed metal base ground anchor / post (metal anchor not included), then place the white rubber base on top. (Set Up 3): Use the white rubber base as an authentic size and shape throw down base (no anchor).
  • SET INCLUDES: 3 rubber bases (1st, 2nd & 3rd) and 3 rubber base plates, each with x2 plastic ground pins.

These are high quality bases. The anchors are easy to use and stable. I have only used them on a grass field but had no problems putting them in and taking them up.

Great for those fields that don’t have bases out all the time. Only issue I see is the pegs, I don’t see them lasting.

After just one use I can tell you these are a must have!! As sturdy and thick as official bases but without the weight of the metal posts. The plastic pegs work great on a soft field but for harder dirt metal camp stakes are easy to come by..Don't hesitate to buy.. I would recommend these to anyone!!. ... show more

The only reason I gave this product 4 stars for durability is because the stakes are plastic and are prone to breaking when you pound them in to the dirt. No big deal. The metal stakes that I already have work perfectly. Other than that, these are perfect. Anyone who has a travel team or a team that plays games at public parks should have a set of these. This is my second set. I donated my first set to a men’s league that did not have bases. These bases have saved me several times because nobody really thinks about what to do if the bases your supposed to use are gone or defective or locked in a shed that you don’t have the key to. Throw these down and they tend to stay put! I use them without the provided anchors. Great for use on dirt even though I mostly use these on turf. So much better than having to pound down those soft bases.
