    • Firm finally!!
I bought a different bed in a box two years ago and paid twice the price of this one AND it sucked. At first it was ok but then got so soft that it killed my back and neck. I was sleeping like garbage. Then I found this one and I admit I was not keen on buying a new mattress so soon after the last one. I kinda thought “ok it’s cheap. It may be crap because it’s cheap, but it’s gotta be better than the one I have”. So this mattress came in, popped it open. Too easy. Waited the time to put it on the bed frame. My first thought was “ain’t know way this mattress is better than one twice the price that had the same claims”. Well it is!!!! This mattress is heaven. My neck and back pain are gone. I am actually sleeping now and not waking up every hour adjusting myself. This one is actually firm and feels like a literal dream. I could not be happier. I have been sleeping on it for a month or so and it’s no different today than the first night. Why didn’t I do this sooner??????!!!!!! All the sleepless nights and the pain was miserable. So I’m typically into plush mattresses and I was scared to get this bed since people said it hurt their body and felt like a rock. For me, this bed feels super comfy, which is surprising because as stated prior, I love plush mattresses. Before buying I was going to get a thick mattress topper, but I don’t think I have to anymore. It’s not too firm but it’s like medium which I love. I sleep like a baby. I will say it is pretty cooling but nothing too major. It did expand to the full 14” I made sure to have the heat on to maximize expansion. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because for some reason my body was itching upon first sleeping on it? I didn’t sleep on it bare, but with sheets on it and it’s not the sheets causing the reaction. Even when i unpacked the mattress I started itching immediately upon contact of mattress .. I’m not sure why. I did the flashlight test to check for fiberglass but didn’t see any. seller said they stopped doing fiberglass in 2021. We’ll see though. Overall I rate it 9/10 ... show more

We bought this mattress after staying at a airbnb that had this mattress!! It was so comfy!! It’s the perfect amount of support and you don’t wake up sore after sleeping on it! It’s super easy to setup ! We bought a king and it’s the perfect size for us! It’s super good quality and was super surprised at the price for how comfortable it was! Love this mattress and will be buying again when it’s time to replace it! ... show more

This might be the best mattress I’ve ever had! Its nice and firm but has about 2-3in of memory foam-like plush at the top which make it super comfortable. I like that it was a great value and exactly the style of mattress I was looking for. I literally miss this mattress when I go away on vacation or back home to my parents! Extremely thick mattress, very comfortable. However after about 6 months, it sink drastically. Put a ball on the side and it rolls right to the middle. Going to have to replace it soon. Would not buy this again

    • Good, not great. Good for a temporary solution especially at price point.
Like similar reviews, I recognized the emphasis in “firm” that this mattress provided prior to buying this. However, I thought to myself that I like firm beds, so this will be fine. And honestly, it’s a good option. Not luxurious but not bone hard or fluffy soft. I bought this as a bed to use for a couple years while in college and I think it is perfect for that. However, I would not recommend this bed for long term use. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read a book, I wouldn’t get this bed. My hips and back hurt after doing so for just an hour and a half or two (And this is even after adding a mattress topper). The bed definitely sinks if you’re lying in one spot for awhile, but will reform after a bit of time. It was easy to set up and I didn’t notice any smell either. Summary: you get what you pay for. Great option for college students or in between situations. Pretty firm, but adaptable. ... show more
