The mattress fits well on the foundation. The memory foam is thick, and a little difficult to break in. However, once you break it in a little it is very comfortable and supportive. It’s a great quality for the price.

I didn't measure the exact height of it but regardless it worked great. The sides don't sink down when I'm laying down. It is extremely firm so I have since bought a memory foam pad and cloud topper to soften it. but it has kept up great shape. I bought this almost 3 years ago, and it's held up very well. It's on the firmer side, but still gives a nice amount of give. The pricing was insane comparative to the quality of the bed. Couldn't be happier, will look in this direction again when it's time to buy a new mattress.

Do not buy from this company they will sell you a crap mattress and tell it’s you your the reason why it’s defective I reached out them to tell them that I’ve had the mattress for less than a year in the middle of the mattress is caving in Mind you I’m 180 pounds. I’m a single man and I do a lot of traveling So I’m not at home that much I bought a 14 inch medium Firm mattress from them I was told that the reason that the mattress is caving in in the middle was because of my weight and my sleeping habits and etc. I was told to put a mattress topper on top of the mattress and that would solve my problem Now the mattress comes with I think a one year warranty, not quite sure. I don’t remember it might be more so I was hoping the day went under that but here’s the email that was sent to me. Hello, customer, Thank you for your kind reply. I apologize for keeping you waiting. Regarding your question, since the order was placed more than thirty days ago, we are unable to determine if this is a result of a quality issue with the mattress itself. It has to do with the user's sleeping habits, weight, etc. We are willing to reimburse you $50.00 and you can put a topper on the mattress to adjust the comfort level of the mattress and then continue to use it normally. Please don't worry. When we receive the old mattress, we will replace it or refund you. This is our company's normal procedure in accordance with mattress warranty requirements. Since our mattresses were previously compressed, rolled and transported in the box, the mattress has now fully expanded and you may not be able to put the mattress back in the box.If you request a return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and go through a complex return process. I'm not sure if this is gonna get you in trouble? Since your mattress has gone through Amazon's 30-day return period, you can't return it to Amazon and Amazon won't accept it.But rest assured, we have an overseas warehouse in the US.     • best bed i ever slept on
I got this bed on june 1 2023. It inflated mostly after a couple hours. i gave it 24 hours before i slept on it. it has inflated to 11/2 inches which is not bad i figure it might go the rest over time to 12 if not i am still happy with it. i layed down on it and was like ok it more firm than i thought, but then slowly you sink into it. i sleep mostly on my side and tummy and i will be honest i only weigh around 150ish. After being on my feet all day i look forward to laying on this bed. I wake up every morning feeling refreshed and good night sleep. now if you coming from spring bed to this there is a adjustment period where you have to get use to the bed at least for me. i have been waking up in 0 pain and refreshed like i said. down the road i am going to order a queen of this for the spare room. i was worried about getting the 12 over the 14 but i am happy with it. i would recommend this bed to anyone that is looking to buy a new one. i ordered the protector with it too just to be on the safe side. now for me there was 0 odor but that was for me and i was in a room where i had ceiling fan running ... show more

I bought this mattress because of all the great reviews. I do not have a lot of money, so I thought bed in a box was a good comprises over a traditional spring mattress. I was very wrong. First I bought the 10 inch one so I would get better support. The mattress only rose to 8 inches. You cannot sit on the side, you will slip and land on the floor, there is no side support at all. I slept one night on this mattress and I’m in so much pain. There is no support at all in this mattress. You may as well buy a very thick foam mattress topper, it would be the same thing in my option. As a matter of fact my old mattress topper has more support than this mattress. I am a small person, 4.7 and 130 lb, but when you lay on it you sink and yes it’s squishy and probably comfy for some, but there is no support where you need it. I do have back issues, so I do need a more supportive mattress than most I guess, but that’s why I picked this. It had the good reviews and it was medium firm. If you don’t need any support than it may be good for you. It is a nice looking matrices. The other thing is the cooling gel top. It does feel cool, but for me, it made me feel kind of wet and sticky. Like when there is to much moisture in the air and you feel yucky and the air smells like wet dog. This is how this cooling gel felt to me. Hot sleepers may like it. So that’s my option. Make up your own mind, but for me I’ll stick with a traditional spring mattress .
