This is a decent mattress for our spare room. Our guests haven't had any complaints at least😊 It has a moderate softness, and the springs are quite firm underneath the memory foam topper. I'm not sure how the springs will hold up long term. You can feel them quite prominently underneath the mattress, which is a bit awkward and slightly painful on the hands when you're trying to make the bed. There isn't really any padding on the underneath side of the mattress, so only one side is usable, unlike older type mattresses which can be "flipped" and are usable on both sides. ... show more

The mattress took about 7 days to fully expand. The corners didn’t fully expand the way it should. However it is comfortable.

I was very excited to receive this mattress as I was told it may help with my back. The middle of the bed doesn't seem to have expanded all the way. If you were to sleep in the middle it feels like the mattress is folding up around you a bit. If you try to sleep along the side it almost feels as if you will roll towards the middle.... another note... I did give this mattress a full 2weeks to expand while I was on vacation and it only went up to the 8inches not the 10 like I ordered. So that bummed me out as well. ... show more
