I finally got this set up after receiving it. Take 2 days to allow it to open and breathe and set it up on the bed. It was such a nice difference from my previous coil mattress. I like the thickness. It’s very comfy. I don’t wake up with a sore back now. I don’t have anything else to compare it with, other than a coil mattress, but you can tell there is a difference in how the bed contours to your body, while giving a lot of support. I like it a lot and it makes it easy to sleep and get out of bed. I used to wake up really sore and a bit dazed/unbalanced. I would suggest covering it up with a mattress protector so 1) keep clean of any kind of bugs, 2) keep clean from dust and dirt or any accidental messes or spills. It is wide so make sure your bed frame is low enough for you to get in. I would highly recommend anyone to try this mattress. It is a little more expensive than store bought ones. It's was time. I've put off getting a new mattress too long and I hate mattress shopping. Along comes the opportunity to get this mattress and I'm a bit of a picky person with mattresses. I don't like hardly any of them: too thick, too flat, too hard, too squishy, too sunk in, too noisy, too hot, and so on. Well, this one came all flat and rolled up in a box! Seriously. Flat, like a pancake, springs and all. Then it was all rolled up like a bed burrito and sealed in plastic. Crazy! My imagination took over and made me a bit scared to "set it off" by trying to unwrap it. I set it on a bed before opening it and figured that was the best place since it was a large enough open area. Opening it went smoother than I thought it would. It unrolls but doesn't pop open. It's vacuum packed and it opens up gently as the air is drawn back into the mattress from opening up the thick plastic bag or comes in. Once it's fully opened and all the plastic removed (a small section of the plastic bag was heat melted to the mattress 🙁), we let it sit for about 3 hours before putting it on the bed. Once it was on the bed and fitted with sheets and blankets, we began the test week of sleep. Well, that week is over and the mattress worked out wonderful. It wasn't too thick that it was hard to fit sheets on. It wasn't noisy at all! The top was firm enough to support but not so firm that it was hard on any way, neither was it so soft that I would end up with a backache by morning. They was no horrible smell either. So far, this has worked out in just about every area that I've had issues with in the past! Hopefully, a year down the road, it's still a good mattress. I think it will be. ... show more
