So I must say, my 8" queen hybrid is absolutely perfect in every way. First of all I actually have had zero pain since I started sleeping on your mattress which says a lot. Second, One of my pillows I use for my flank and stomach for certain side and stomach sleeping positions has been removed entirely because your bed makes it unnecessary. It feels as though no matter how my body lies, it's not going to be uncomfortable in any way. Third, memory foam for me sleeps kind of hot and feels awkward while turning at night due to the deep impression my body makes, and your mattress does not have that problem. I have stayed cool all night (which is almost unscientific for me) and quick turning produces no strange sensation or result. I feel like I'm sleeping on something familiar yet entirely exotic at the same time. Finally, overall the mattress is quite beautiful, especially for the price I paid. First off, this mattress IMO does not fit the description and it is not a well made product. The springs don’t support you, they practically impale you. Even found a sharp spring in my mattress! There is practically no foam between you and the springs so it’s like sleeping on nothing but springs. This is the kind of mattress you buy for an RV, maybe it’s better as a twin mattress, but my full mattress is flimsy and can’t even stand up on its own without falling in half. This is a cheap mattress and it should cost a third of the price they sell it for. Spend this amount on ANY other mattress and you will surely have a better nights sleep. Everything said about the box arriving banged up and not usable is true. My mattress box had several holes and punctures, and it would have been tough to reuse for shipping back. I am now figuring a way to repack those mattress and I advise you to not waste your time and money on this product. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE OF FALSLEY INFLATED RATINGS: 4 month update: Mattress hasn't changed. Seller contacted me to see if the mattress had improved, and in case it hadn't they offered me $80 to " hope you can forget this unhappy shopping experience". I confirmed that they expected the review to be deleted and their response was this "If you accept our partial refund $80.00 and satisfied with my service, would you like to help delete your previous review on Amazon?". I needed a better mattress at my parents house for when I visit over multiple days. The plain spring mattress was killing my back. I didn't want to get an expensive Big Fig just for 15 nights a year but I did expect better from the reviews. It's firm but I can't feel any cushion from the memory foam when I lay on it - and I'm 300lbs. However the edge squashes down to nothing so it's best to have this be lower to the ground (use a lower frame or thin support slats vs box frame). It's an improvement over what was there but that bar was pretty low. I wouldn't want this mattress for nightly use. ... show more

This was my husband and I’s first time shopping for a brand new mattress so we didn’t really know what to look for or what we liked. This bed was a great price with great reviews. When taking it out, it inflated perfectly, we waited the full 72 hrs. The edges are not weak and have held up well. No odor or fiberglass problems. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because we messed up and ordered one that was too soft. We have realized now after having it 3 months that we need a firmer bed because we’ve started leaving dents in the bed and wake up some mornings with back pain. This isn’t the mattresses fault, we didn’t know what we needed when we ordered it but now we do! Customer service is working with us on return plan so we haven’t wasted our money. Would definitely recommend if you want an affordable softer memory foam. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is our 3rd Serweet Memory Foam Hybrid mattress and I am sure that it won’t be our last! These mattresses are super comfortable and the price cannot be beat for the quality! Comes compressed and rolled in a box, super easy for 2 people to unpack, it is a little heavy, queen size, but easy to manage with 2 people! Serweet includes a tool inside the instruction envelope that makes cutting open the plastic wrapping super easy without the risk of accidentally cutting into your mattress. Once the plastic bag is cut, the mattress will quickly expand, so best to lay it out right on whatever surface it will call home. They say it can take up to 48 hours to fully expand, the pictures show the mattress almost immediately after unpackaging and about 30 minutes later…my son was ready to take a nap on it within an hour, he said it was soooo comfortable! Our first 2 Serweet mattresses are about 2 years old and they still feel as plush and comfortable as they did on the first night, I am optimistic that this new mattress will last and perform the same.
