Just recently received and unpacked this mattress. It seems decent quality n decent price. It is comfy when you lay on it, and when you lay near the edge, the edge support seems good. If you sit on the edge, it sinks a good amount. I also don't like if you sit on the edge the side fabric pooches out a lot. I got a 10 inch full size, and when I cut the plastic open, it seemed to inflate/reflate almost immediately to the full 10 inches. The box was tattered when it arrived, but the mattress and plastic covering it was in good shape/untouched. I like the different layers that this mattress purports to have inside. Not the best mattress but for the cost it’s not bad. It never really expanded to 12” more like 10.5”. I don’t feel any pain in back or neck so it’s supportive. If you have trouble with your body and need a supportive mattress this isn’t the one. If you have no issues and can normally seep on any mattress this will work. ... show more

The mattress is great and comes shown as in picture and great for back pain n hip pain but if you are not a back sleeper then it will give you sholder pain and cause your arms to fall asleep and hurt all day

The firmness is good, it definitely needs a pillow top mattress on it if you’re a side or stomach sleeper. It’s not a true hybrid mattress like advertised.
