I ordered the 8 inch. Got the 6. Luckly my daughter still thinks it’s comfortable. Quality is good. Very soft to the touch. No to hard not to soft to sit it sleep on. I was really optimistic reading the reviews but after giving this mattress a few weeks, I’m truly upset that this mattress turned out to actually be so uncomfortable I may as well be sleeping on my old mattress. It’s WAY too soft to be considered medium firm. If you’re looking for a mattress to help with your back/hip/neck pains, this is NOT it. I literally wake up sore every day because this mattress offers so little support. I tried to contact Amazon to get a refund so I can at least get a mattress topper to help compensate for the lack of support, but they said that the most they could offer for a mattress I paid $170 for is $15-20 which was incredibly insulting. They claimed that the mattress has to be returned but I am not able to get this mattress down flights of stairs by myself; they also offered to have people come inside to get it which wouldn’t work because I travel often for work and would not be home. Plus I just don’t want dirty shoes in my room. I usually don’t bother writing reviews unless something is REALLY good or REALLY bad and unfortunately this whole experience with this mattress is the latter. ... show more

Mattress will not expand properly. In the 4th picture you can see something pinched it very hard. We looked at the layers and there doesn’t seem to be as many layers as pictured on the advertisement. I’m worried it may not last as long. Need full refund or replacement.Above was sent on 10/7/24. As of 11/4/24 this issue has NOT been resolved! This mattress is a bit more firm than I expected. It’s decent quality for the price. However, I’ve had a medium firm memory foam mattress before, and this one is much more firm. If you’re looking for something softer, I’d recommend a topper to go with it.
