So happy with this purchase! It was delivered in less than a week and in perfect condition. As soon as we took it out of the packaging, it expanded fully to 10” very quickly. It doesn't have any odor- which I'm very happy about. Also, it is the perfect balance between soft and supportive. I love my bed, it fits my frame perfectly, and I get a great night's sleep every single night. I am so happy with my new mattress! It solved all of my sleep problems like magic! I’ve been having insomnia for the past 6 months.. and I absolutely had no idea that the roots of my sleep issues were coming from my bed. My previous mattress was a gel memory foam mattress. I found an immediate relief the very first night I changed my mattress with this new one. In the next couple of nights my old sleep pattern began to change. This mattress is very different than my old memory foam. It is a very solid and heavy mattress. And it is bouncy. It feels luxurious and high quality, my body got quickly accustomed to the feeling of the surface texture which consists of these soft cushions. I bought a few different types of mattress protectors for it because I wasn’t sure which one it would need. I chose a thin and tight-fitting one with no extra padding because as I mentioned before my body really likes the feeling of the cushion texture that is on the top of the mattress. The mattress came rolled up and vacuumed in a box. It was heavy. It came with a special little cutter tool to carefully cut the plastic instead of using a knife/scissors. It took some time to enroll it, position it and let it expand fully. There is something really important about this mattress that gives me a peace of mind - - it is non-toxic. It comes with a tag that says it’s been “Certipur-US certified” - which means that this mattress is made without: mercury, lead, formaldehyde, ozone depleters, heavy metals, and other carcinogenic chemicals. Everyone has different needs when it comes to a mattress, but for me this one is just perfect and helps me so much with getting a good sleep time while being high quality and non-toxic. ... show more

I like this mattress because it is very thick, clean, and seems to be good quality. I feel great and solid sleeping on it. Shipping was very fast. Setting up the mattress was easy and took about 10 minutes. Watching the mattress inflated itself was very satisfying. The only drawback is that the edge is a little bit soft. We are so happy with this mattress. We’ve had it for over a month and it still feels brand new. This mattress has helped our backs so much. There also is NO smell from this mattress, no off-gassing period necessary, which makes me feel more comfortable about the materials. It is oko certified. We did let it shape up for 24 hours before sleeping on it. It was very well packaged, and the box included a cutter to cut the hard plastic off which was a great touch, IMO. After spending thousands of dollars (at popular mattress stores) on mattresses over the years and then having to sell them because of back pain, I decided to check out Amazon. I found this one, and so far, I am happy with the purchase. I have been sleeping very well on this one, compared to my previous mattresses. We have only had it a few weeks and I do intend on taking advantage of the 100 night trial. One thing I dislike, as others have mentioned, is that the sides have very little support. When you sit on the side, you sink way down. I hated, and I mean hated, that at first. But, I decided that a good night’s sleep was more important than the side mushing down when I sit on it. If you must have support on the sides, then do not buy it. If you want good sleep and no more back pain, then I highly recommend it. Also, someone posted that there was a strong smell. Ours had no smell at all, and I am very sensitive to smells. So, there’s that. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was opening it up. It pretty much expands before your eyes. The instructions said to let it expand for 72 hours, but it was at its fullest very quickly, like same day. As far as being motionless, it is not. My husband said he can feel me move. But, it has very little motion, so not a big deal at all. I would give it five stars if the sides had more support. We purchased the 14” queen. Hope this helps! 😊 ... show more
