    • 100 day risk free trial not really risk free. Edges are too soft! I fall out of the bed.

I'm 44 years old, male, and I needed a firmer bed to help with some back problems I was having. The physical therapist helped immensely with the problem but a firm bed really helped when the pain was bad before the corrections. I tried this exact bed (Serweet 10 Inch Memory Foam Hybrid Queen Mattress medium firm) and it was great for the medium firmness and sleep. Was surprised that you could put a spring based bed in a box and ship it! But the problem was the sleeping zones were limited because along the edges, the bed was much softer and had a strong rounded edge. It causes you to fall out of the bed as you roll out, because it is unexpectedly soft! I contacted Sarweet before the 100 days. They offered me instead to write a nice review, I would get a replacement bed of a different kind/brand/name. Sadly I told them I would not leave any review until I received a satisfactory product. There was some confusion in the communications along the way but they did eventually send a different bed with firmer sides but too soft in the middle. I have slept on the replacement bed more than 60 nights now and it's just too soft in the middle. I literally have their replacement bed directly on flat plywood, no box spring below. I do like the edges, they are nice and firm, but otherwise the replacement bed simply isn't firm enough. If they could make a bed with both firmness on edges and in the main sleeping sections, I think this would be a perfectly fine bed. Unfortunately now I am going to have to go to the dump again, this time with two beds, and get another one to replace them. ... show more

This was my husband and I’s first time shopping for a brand new mattress so we didn’t really know what to look for or what we liked. This bed was a great price with great reviews. When taking it out, it inflated perfectly, we waited the full 72 hrs. The edges are not weak and have held up well. No odor or fiberglass problems. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because we messed up and ordered one that was too soft. We have realized now after having it 3 months that we need a firmer bed because we’ve started leaving dents in the bed and wake up some mornings with back pain. This isn’t the mattresses fault, we didn’t know what we needed when we ordered it but now we do! Customer service is working with us on return plan so we haven’t wasted our money. Would definitely recommend if you want an affordable softer memory foam. ... show more

I’m a broke college student. This mattress is comfortable considering the price point. My only gripe is that it’s hard to sit on the edge of the mattress as it collapses. But for lounging/sleeping it suits my needs. I feel supported in the center of it when I sleep. I don’t have any back problems (yet) so I’m useless on that front. We sleep good and hard on this thing. After months of precarious sleeping we finally have a bed. The mattress upon expanding had warped so the bedsprings did not evenly sit within the mattress itself. This does not impede the comfort of this mattress however, it isn't noticeable at all. The mattress was originally a little too firm for us, so firm it felt like it wanted to roll us off the edge of the bed. Purchasing a super-soft memory foam topper for 60 dollars fixed the issue quickly and provided a nice sinking buffer that really highlighted the support and firmness of the memory foam topper of the actual mattress itself. So far it has thumbs up. I got this for a murphy bed and needed to stay in certain size/wieght requirements and this was surprisingly nice! Very comfortable and supportive. It is not a rock hard firm but we don't like that anyway. I personally have a tempurpedic medium and love that to give you an idea. The only negative is sitting on the edge of the bed is not supportive, however..are you not supposed to be sleeping in the bed not sitting on the edge? ... show more
