It's only been a day but it feels very comfy, came fast, and I can't feel any springs... The true test will come in the morning...For the last year we've been on a mattress that cost just under 900 dollars from a huge furniture company that's very well known. That mattress has been killing our lower backs for so long, the pain is so bad waking up that it takes your breath away. I read that sometimes it can take some people's bodies time to get used to memory foam mattresses but it's been a year and I was finished!! I don't have back problems I never had any back injuries however my old mattress makes it feel like I broke my dang back. My mother came to town to visit and I gave her my room and it killed her back as well.. My husband hates it. So we broke down and bought this. We got this mattress October 13th, 2024 for $240 and it is now November 15th, 2024. The value of this mattress has been so worth it. Upon arrival, the box was torn up, late, and mishandled by UPS (go figure), but I won't blame the company for this, rather that UPS in my area is awful. But, after getting it out of its box, it was super easy to set up. It comes with little white blades to cut open the packaging and instructions. They were super simple to follow. The mattress springs out like an inflate raft would, so go slow! Our comfort and sleep quality in this have been great. It's not too firm, with a pillowy top, but not so soft that we don't get any support. My boyfriend and I are both heavy people, so I would personally recommend it for people who would be considered heavy and has back pain, as I've never woken up with extreme back pain like I have for previous mattresses. I'd honestly compare this to my first mattress, which was a full-sized Serta, but for only half the price. As far as I'm concerned, this mattress serves its purpose 32 days in and has never caused us issues. If I had to find something negative to say, I'd say there was a slight smell when we got it, but it went away after it puffed back up out of the packaging. I'd equate the smell to just less aromatic burnt plastic. I sprayed some Febreeze and it's never returned. ... show more

I was a little iffy about ordering a mattress from Amazon but it ended up amazing. It was teally heavy so don’t set it up by yourself. We haven’t had this mattress long but I absolutely love it!! Very comfortable!

UPDATE: Asked seller for a refund and never received a refund nor the curtesy of a response! I had to buy a WHOLE NEW MATTRESS from Costco because my son could not sleep on this mattress. He’s only 160 Lbs, but the mattress had no support. Old Review: Once Again! Misleading and false advertising! This mattress is flimsy and nothing but springs! You can feel the springs through the cover! I know what a hybrid mattress should feel like and this is NOT IT! My son says it’s very uncomfortable! Mattress is very easy to set up but it is more springs than memory foam and the springs make it kind of noisy and I didn’t sleep very well on it at all and ended moving to my couch. Probably worth the price for some people just doesn’t work for me.
