Easy to put together, quiet, came with all the screws and instructions. It is sitting on top of the bed slats for the bed frame, if you don't have any then it might be good to get some feet for this box spring. This box frame fits well on my frame (over slabs), but it was not easy to assemble. You have to start by assembling the middle first, and even though it was on a flat surface, it was hard to put the screws through the 3 pieces of the frame.
