This bed is medium firm but it’s very comfortable. I was looking for a new bed and came across this one and ordered it and I’ve been having the best nights sleep. Next time I’m going to get 14 inches instead of the 10. The bed is very heavy as well so make sure to place it where you want it.

Ok this mattress has been great. my last mattress was a 10" medium firm. I always felt like I sank too much in it. It was comfortable until it wasn't if that makes sense. I set up this new 14" firm and I wasn't sure how I felt about it. It's very firm at first. For the record I'm 5'10" 280lbs. It takes a bit to fully sink in on this mattress but once you do its great. I wake up with no back pain like I had with the other one. If you are under 250lbs I am not sure this is the right mattress for you probably go medium firm. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE. "Medium" felt very firm to me. Product is NOT as described. I opened the package to test the mattress comfort for literally 5 minutes and didn't like it. My wife also did not like it. I immediately put the old mattress back on the bed and submitted for a return request. Seller was the unwilling to take mattress back although it was accepted for return and a return label was generated. I even offered to drive the mattress back to their AZ facility myself... still no. ... show more

As the subject line reads: OoOooooOoo! Super pleased with how quickly these shipped and WOW are they amazing for the price. The cooling feels amazing (so long as you have the proper sheets on them) and the mattress is indeed firm, but with a nice medium top layer that lets you "settle" into place before being supported. I purchased 2 of these (Twin XL) for an adjustable bed set and they work great! HOWEVER, if you like a zero gravity position you might have to adjust it a little as the mattress (while still NEW) did not want to relax completely at the bottom. ALSO - note: Due to the "copper" trim that runs around the edge of the mattress, a complication arises when being used side-by-side with another mattress you end up with a slight cap at the top (maybe about as wide as a thumb) due to the trim and the top being curved not squared. So far, it has not been an issue for sleeping and cuddling. There are anti-slip beads on the bottom side of the mattress. Other activities require shifting a little away from the crack. Our cat dislikes it but she is fickle anyway. 110% would purchase again. ... show more
