  • Amazing!!!! Worth every single dollar!
Color: Rose Gold
Actually have a love - hate relationship with this vacuum. Love, love, love it because of the water filter, suction & the way it cleans. Hate it because it shows you just how absolutely nasty your floors are, when you thought you have been keeping them clean so well. Now, it is quiet heavy, so you will get a little extra work out. It is a bit louder than your normal vacs but that suction is ohh so worth it. I do agree with other reviews that with it extended it is hard to maneuver. I have had numerous Dysons & they do not even come close to doing with this vac does. Would buy another one & never think twice about it! ... show more

  • House feels MUCH cleaner!
Color: Rose Gold
Updated after 6 weeks. - My carpets have gotten easier to vacuum each time I have used this, twice the first week and weekly after that. - Less dirt comes up each week. The first time I used it, I had to replace the water 4 times for 1200 sq feet, now just twice and I could probably get away with just emptying after I am finished. Our house has 2 wfh residents. - The house smells cleaner and there is less dust. - To empty, I place a paper towel over the drain in the bathroom sink and pour the dirty water into the sink. The water drains and the paper towel catches the dirt. Easy to fold the paper towel and toss. - Once the cord kept coming out of the vacuum because I didn't realize it clicked when the cord was fully in. - I am such a cheap skate, but this was definitely worth the money! Original review: I just got this today and so far I love it! I am not the type to spend over $400 for a vacuum, but I was sick of how dusty the air was every time I vacuumed with my current vacuum. I considered a better HEPA vacuum, but the filters are too expensive. The Pros! - REALLY cleans the carpeting. I was worried it did not have enough suction because it is not very loud and it didn't pull up the rug I have over my carpeting. But my carpeting has never looked so clean!! - The AIR seems very fresh and clean after using it. It is heavy, but it moves easily, so it was not as tiring to use as my current bagless vacuum. I read reviews so I was careful to make sure I removed the black part before emptying the water canister, and I made sure the canister clicked when I put it back. I also was careful not to add water past the Max line. I vacummed approximately 1200 sq feet, and changed the water 4 times. The water needed to be changed! This guy brought up a LOT of dirt. - This DOES manuver better than most vacuums and it does go farther under furniture. - It is not gross to empty like normal bagless vacuums. I am a cheapskate, but I'm not sorry I bought this. I will update if I have any issues. ... show more

  • All you need to know:
Color: Rose Gold
Like me I’m sure everyone is here for the dislikes so-1. I dislike that even tho I asked a question here before purchasing and the company answered “yes it does” about whether or not this comes with the 10” floor brush and the air powered little upholstery attachments that it did not come with them. 2 parts I really need! Major disappointment! 2. When you have the telescoping head extended it does not move side to side easily if you have the machine lowered close to the floor when you’re getting under the beds/couches. And there’s no handle to grab so I have to hook arm the machine around it’s body and pull/push it sideways. 3. It doesn’t roll up onto area rugs as easy as they make it seem. Especially the thinner area rugs. And again with no handle there’s not a place to grab it and pick it up except for the one you hold when you push it around. It’s heavy to pick up too so if you’re not strong in the arms/back you may not like this machine. Personally I don’t mind it being heavy bc I assume it’s not made out of all junk plastic parts inside so I didn’t take any points off my rating for the weight but it needs a handle somewhere. 4. I know it wasn’t supposed to come with one but they should’ve made a specially designed strainer that fit inside the canister-like you take the black part out and fit in a strainer and then pour out the dirty water so you can throw the gunk in the trash. I poured outside like they show and by the time I was done vacuuming it looked like I had a dead animal in my yard. Plus all the gunk and pet hair is just going to sit there in a blob until eternity unless I go back after it’s dry and peel it up and throw it away. Ok, so now the positives! 1. It does have really good suction. At least with the vacuum itself bc I haven’t tried the extension tubes yet since it didn’t come with the promised hard floor attachment. In all honesty I hadn’t vacuumed in a couple weeks (blech) bc I was vacuuming my enclosed “mud room” in between my kitchen and the garage and it was just like the commercials where you just see a ton of dirt and dust blowing all over (with my old vacuum) and couldn’t stand the thought of bringing it back into the house. So I did research and had to talk myself into spending so much money on a vacuum. Anyway, it did really good. I vacuumed really well in one room, got grossed out by the yuck in the container so I poured it out, rinsed, and vacuumed again and the water still got dingy. The photos are of that. The first vacuum pass and then the second vacuum pass. 2. Easy to clean the container and black piece but put your hand over the bottom of the black piece when you’re rinsing bc a lot of dog hair plopped out into my sink that I wasn’t expecting and I lost some of it down the drain 😕 3. It was really easy to put together, only took a few minutes. 4. I like that the cord can be removed and wrapped up. I’ll probably get a command hook to hang it up on the inside of the closet where I store the vacuum so I don’t have to go digging in the bag with all the accessories in it every time. 5. As promised there is no smell. None. And I did not use the little fragrance drops bc I wanted to test that. 6. Didn’t see any dirt particles flying around in the air while using. 7. Since you dump out the water container outside there was no cloud of dust and grossness that poofs into the air when you would normally empty your canister vacuum in the trash can which is fantastic. So overall I’m happy. I can finally get to the foot of rug that is under my bed in my room that my old vacuum couldn’t reach also. I bought from amazon rather than the company website itself bc it has free return shipping if anything ever goes wrong with it bc I did see some of those reviews and the company made them pay an arm and a leg to ship it back. (Amazon $439 and company website $399 so I did take a hit there for that privilege). Since the company is the one sending it out they should charge the same price no matter where you order bc I already pay for the privilege of prime!) I’ve only used it a couple times so far so we’ll see how it holds up over time. I did also spring for the extended 3 year warranty bc this dang thing better last at least 6 years for its price tag. I’m still really not happy that I didn’t get all the promised attachments!! To put it nicely that really frosts my cookies!! There are reviews on here, some showing the extra attachments so I don’t know why I didn’t get them. ... show more

  • Doesn't live up to expectations - don't waste your money !
Color: Viper Red
I had high hopes for this vacuum given the water filter as I have been through 3 vacuums w/ regular filters to date. I live in TX where we have fine dirt which gets tracked into my house on the regular by 4 active dogs who also contribute to the household by shedding constantly. While it is true that the vacuum does not lose suction, the vacuum cannot suction because the roller holds onto the hair (see picture). Once the roller clogs, the vacuum blows back dirt (gross) In addition, The vacuum is VERY heavy and the cannister for the water is not designed properly, it had to be gently forced to click into place, not a good thing when the water sloshes about. Now, if you're a "normal" home without fine dirt and 4 messy dogs, this vacuum may be good for you BUT if you're a normal" home do you really need to spend $400+ on a vacuum? ... show more
