    • Excellent to Help Children Work Off Energy
My 10 year old grandson has a lot of nervous energy, and I move him from activity to activity when he stays with me. I saw this inflatable punching bag and thought it would be just the thing to help him get out some of that energy. My lower level is open so it can accommodate the size. Still, this ended up being larger than I thought. That's a GOOD thing for me, as I really thought it would not be significant enough for him as he is 10 years old, and he packs a decent punch. The gloves fit well. The inflatable bag is quite sturdy if you add the water to the base. So overall, it was a huge hit (pun intended)! I wonder how it will handle his rough house play--he wanted to stand on the base. My observations that may be an issue are 1--water in the base. I just feel like that will be gross over time, maybe even smelly. 2--Moving. It says not to really move it around once inflated and with the water (to avoid) punctures. I really wanted to be able to take this outside in summer. Not sure it will work, and I won't be able to handle it now that the water is in it. 3--THE ODOR. My entire downstairs has that nasty plastic smell. That's one of the reasons I wanted to get it outside. I will probably deflate it at some point and put it outside just to help get rid of that odor. ... show more

This inflatable bag is huge! I really under estimated its size in the description. Feels durable and is very easy to set up. I added 4-5 gallons of water in the base and it is plenty for my 6 year old. Cool graphic design. The gloves it comes with are light weight and good quality, should fit most kids. I recently got a punching bag for my grandson and it's been a blast watching him play with it. This product is really cool and comes with boxing gloves which make it even more enjoyable. However, I want to emphasize that the product is meant for younger and less experienced kids. As the name suggests, it is inflatable and not meant to withstand heavy blows from adults. The gloves also will protect your hands from this bag, but not much else. So while it's great fun for kids, I wouldn't recommend it for serious training or for long-term use. The plastic feels thick. The size is impressive. It doesn't feel like a kids toy because of the quality. The picture on the punch bag is not anything I care for, but this punch bag is great. It holds a lot of water and the weight keeps it in place when punching. I would dare say that this is a giftable item. It also comes with a set of thin punching gloves. In no way am I say thin as a negative, I just don't know boxing gloves well so I am doing my best to describe it. The gloves do make playtime more fun for the kids.     • Fun for all ages but a blast for the kids!
While my kids are not "training" to be any type of mixed martial artists, it's still an amazing fun "toy" to add to our workout space. The girls will simply walk past and start punching the bag and then other times they want to work out some "frustration". They also love to see who can hit it the hardest to get it to bounce or work to keep it from coming back up straight. Whatever the activity, it's great to see them playing with it and even better knowing they are getting a great workout in the process (and maybe releasing some steam in a healthy way).     • This will tire them out
First off you will need an air inflator for the top and then just add water to the bottom & then let them at it. This is a good quality material & really like it includes gloves also. It may need an air top off after a session of punching also. Nice product & good exercise for the kids
