Great wheels with ball bearing swivels. They came with 2 sets of hardware, Phillip screws and nuts and bolts(which will come in handy one day. I was building a FlipTop cart for my planer and jointer and needed something larger than 3 inch wheels. The 4 inch wheels I purchased exceeded my expectations. They easily roll over sawdust and even power cords without breaking a sweat. I will be purchasing two more sets to make dollies for moving my pool table to install new flooring. At under 30 dollars you would pressed to find anything comparable. Harbor freight castors this size with brakes would easily cost you double with less quality and no hardware. ... show more

Used these on the bottom of a large wooden crate/box 3h 4w 3d. Easily rolls around the shop and the locking breaks are great.
