  • Excellent pump, but requires a bit of work to install.. 🔧🛠️🪛
Size: Fuel Pump w/ Regulator, Gasket, Strainer
Worked great on my 2011 polaris rzr 800 s. I had a hesitation issue with loss of power and this fixed it runs great now with plenty of power...... I think this is a cheaper alternative then buying the assy with sending unit also feel this pump is prob of better quality then of the ones that come in the fully assembled units, the only downside is this requires a bit of work to install. comes with all hardware required to install it. with time patience few tools along with some online vids showing how to do it prob something most could handle. Watch a few vids on how to replace the pump separately to see if this is something your comfortable with. Definitely recommend as a cheaper alternative and would use again should the need come around for mine or someone needing one. It's been installed for a few weeks no issues, long term I can not say how it will do but feel confident no issues will occur. ... show more

  • It was a very nice kit
Size: Fuel Pump w/ Regulator, Gasket, Strainer
Seems to be a very good pump. Installation was not very hard a few hand tools one of the tubes that go up from the pump seemed a little hard to get on. I ended up using a rubber hose.

  • Stopped pumping after one hour
Size: Fuel Pump w/ Kit
I got one hour of run time out of this pump before it stopped. Pump is growling loudly and putting out no fuel pressure. I’m 8 days past the return date so I’m out the $100 I paid for this pump and must buy a new one again.

  • Fixed my bogging issue when warmed up
Size: Fuel Pump Assembly
I bought a used RZR 900 and had an issue with bogging when it was warm. Had to fix spark plug issue with the iridum plug heat range 9 being too cold of a plug and fouling along with the cap that screws off was stuck in the plug boot. Got that out with a m4x0.7 thread pitch bolt I think was 35mm long. Oil level was a little low. Still had issue and fuel pressure was in spec at 45.5psi spec according to factory service manual is 43.5psi +/- 2psi. However the pressure would drop down to about 20 psi is where it would hold and pump sounded weak. Replaced the whole pump assembly as it was likely combination of the regulator failing and pump getting old. New pump after primed, took to 3rd key on/off, went to 45.5psi and held within a few (2 or 3) psi and the engine runs so much better overall. I get better fuel milage as well somehow. All the power is restored and I had it out for a good rip all over and it does so much better. Issue of bogging is now completely gone. I used a angled prybar ad flat as I could get it and tapped it to remove the old hold down lid and it came with new lid and gasket. I used same method to tighten the new cap. ... show more

  • HARD TO INSTALL and NO Directions.
Size: Fuel Pump w/ Regulator, Gasket, Strainer
Looks like a descent kit but time will tell. The BAD is there are no directions. My pump is the stock one and there aren't any videos online that I could find that had a pump like my stock pump so one part was a complete puzzle on how to remove/install (Piece that connects to one of the 2 guide rods and to the pump housing. Also, the sending unit is mounted to it.). The piece broke, luckily I repaired it with a plastic welder (hope it holds) PAIN IN THE BUTT TO INSTALL.... If I had to do it again, I will pay the extra $80, get a whole unit and trash the old one. ... show more
