Coulda swore I left a review for this already, but I guess not. Initially, I wasn't that impressed....but I'd only used it once or twice, then went back to my go-to essence (Kikamasamune). Yes, I've used the original Pyunkang, when I first got into the 7-layer method, back in 2019. And it's very good. So I bought this last year, and basically shelved it for many months. But then, one day I ran outta my goto. So I had to comb my cabinet for something else, and found this and started using it everyday. I have to say, my skin looks pretty plump and moisturized, and I'm 47. I do use mandelic acid as well, but I feel when I use the PK Black Tea toner, I don't use the MA as much. This is a good essence for 7-layer, and worth the price. The bottle is opaque, and rather skinny, but the essence is viscous and absorbs well. It's a good value, and I'd purchase it again. I also have the PK black tea eye masks, and use it together with the black tea essence, and it's an effective combo. ... show more

This stuff is good. Applies smoothly, a little goes a long way. However, they raised the price IMMENSELY. I first purchased in Jan '24 at $17. It is now $30!? WTH. Will not be re-buying this and giving only 4 stars because of the price hike. WOW.

I’m definitely deep into toners and this one has become my absolute fav! It has a semi thick consistency and feels amazing going on. I have combination skin and this has become my top choice in toners. LOVE IT!!

I like the fancy packaging, but I don’t know how much this product has done for my skin beyond hydrating. I loved their eye patches from their Black Tea line, and loved them because they really helped my puffiness and redness within10 minutes, however this product doesn’t seem to do much beyond hydrating and providing antioxidants. ... show more

So moisturizing, feels like aloe vera gel a little bit which I like. No burning in the eyes, no irritation, and smooth application. 4 pumps are good for face and neck area. So far for using everyday for 4 months I still have plenty of product left. Packaging is beautiful, sturdy bottle. It's nice that's its black so it keeps the ingredients fresh in a dark environment. Please dont change the ingredients! And for under 20 bucks when I bought it provides great value for your customers and I hope it stays that way.
