Features

  • Revolutionary Heating System - The Phoenix heats your bowling ball from the bottom to ensure proper extraction of the dirt and oil without allowing them to soak deeper in your bowling ball's coverstock.
  • Digital Timer with Automatic Shut-off - The Pyramid Phoenix features a digital display to let you know what temperature your unit is heating at and how much time is left. Unlike other units on the market, the Phoenix will automatically shut-off after the pre-set time. This feature ensures that you will not over heat your bowling ball or leave it in the unit for too long.
  • Removable Ventilated Ball Cup - Our uniquely designed ball cup serves as a ventilated base while using your Phoenix but is also removable and can be used as a ball cup for any other purpose.
  • Easily Break Down - Your Phoenix was designed to assemble quickly and easily as well as break down for easier storage or transportation. The Pyramid Phoenix Revivor is 15 inches high (38.1 cm) and the cylinder has a diameter of 14 inches (35.56 cm) when fully built.
  • Built by Bowlers for Bowlers - The Phoenix was built by a team of bowlers who have used similar units over the years and set out to make a better machine. The development of your Phoenix was tested over a 3 year period to be sure Pyramid was bringing a superior product to market at an affordable price

  • It got the oil out!
The media could not be loaded. The Pyramid Phoenix Ball Revivor, uses a forced air heating system to heat a bowling ball to extract oil from the ball by circulating heat evenly around the ball. About me I've been bowling for almost 30 years and have had a lot of experience using many ball cleaning and surfacing products, I even pieced together my own DIY ball revivor which I used for many years. So I feel I have a good eye for what works and doesn't in regard to ball cleaning. The unit I got worked as advertised, it only required some simple assembly before use. Operation was simple I just placed my ball in the unit and pressed the on/off/ button to start the preset 30 minute heating cycle. The unit automatically shut itself off at the end of the cycle, I opened it and wiped the now oil covered ball off, turning the ball over I replaced it into the unit and started a second heating cycle. At the end of the cycle I removed the again oil covered ball and sprayed some ball cleaner on it and wiped away the oil. Thee ball was now clean and the surface “tacky” again. I'll give it 5 Stars. Pros: 1: The heating unit is at the bottom of the Revivor, I like this because since heat naturally rises I believe the ball will heat more evenly (This is like my DIY one). Similar devices heat from the top down so have to force the heated air downwards. 2: Construction is fairly solid and of good quality. 3: The big ball cup in this can be taken out and used on your table if you need to have something to set the ball on. 4: It's made in sections which allow for easy cleaning and ball placement. 5: Price is lower than other similar units. Cons: 1: This is a small nitpick the lid is just a little fiddly when you put it on, you might have jiggle it around so it seats fully. How I reached my 5 star rating: I've tested the Phoenix's operation for eight hours and with 7 balls from different mfg's, Checking internal and ball surface temperatures during this period. I started with a internal temperature test (using a digital thermometer w/probe ) without any ball in it. Over a half hour cycle the temperature slowly rose to a final temperature of 153° which I figured was within the operating range. With a ball in the unit, the internal temperature still reached 153°. (Note: I found probe placement could affect readings. Such as against the cylinder wall.) Using a low cost IR thermometer ball surface temperatures measurements fell in the 120°-130° range which is about where you want it and where most other home revivor type machines reach. This a new product from Pyramid Bowling and functions well IMO. I have several of Pyramids products and they are decent also and Bowlingball.com and Pyramid Bowling are pretty good about helping customers if they have a problem or questions about a product. ... show more

  • Right tool for the job!
So far so good. This revivor arrived in TWO DAYS! Easy set up. Be sure to read those directions.. some folks might jump right in and plug it in and start. Take your time to understand what is supposed to happen. The balls need two sessions of heat. I did two balls, total two hours ( 30 minutes, twice). Old oil came out, and then you clean. So, let’s bowl and see how they react. ... show more

  • BUYER BEWARE!!! Just don't buy it.
So i bought this is in april 2024. I used it on my sons bowling balls leading up to district and state tournaments. It worked great, extracted oil. Thought I'd clean his balls after a summer of use, but with less then 20 runs on this thing, and well after amazon return window, it just quit heating. So i found the product instructions, and contacted support at pyramid bowling. And they promptly sent me back to amazon to file a warranty request. This isn't amazons fault that this thing is crap. Amazon gave me a contact number for pyramid. And that number doesn't take outside calls. How convenient. Terrible customer support and a waste of $200. So just don't buy it. I hope this review saves someone from making a terrible mistake. ... show more

  • This is a great product
I used this as soon as I got it. I have done this on 2 balls. It worked as I was hoping. If I was going to have a complaint it would be the ability to put it together. There is no snap in place walls. They just sit on each other. The lids is a total pain. I just gave up and set it on top. It still works that way, just would be more comfortable if it fit. There is a chip out of the lid, but it doesn't affect the process. Overall, it works great, I would tell my friends to order it. ... show more

  • Easy to store, easy to use
I use mine on a pretty frequent basis since I bowl in multiple leagues. I've never had an issue with it, and by now I've saved more money than having my equipment bled in local pro shops.

  • This bowling ball Rejuvenator does work
This Rejuvenator is awesome, I have used it 3 times so far, I am terrible at cleaning my ball’s right after bowling in league, so I purchased this pyramid ball cleaner. The first two times not much oil was on ball. The 3rd time though the two 30 min process there was tons of oil released from the ball. I cleaned two balls back to back so I will rotate balls next. In my opinion this works and I would recommend. Just like the marketing add states you may not see oil on each use but do not panic, 3rd time cleaning looks like a charm! This review was not solicited, I am a satisfied customer. Purchased from Amazon! ... show more
