Takes a little time to get an optimal setup depending on what you are routing with it but works very well. Does what it's supposed to do. Mine didn't come with the PC otg cable for some reason, but I used a good quality USB-C cable and it works fine.

I have been using the card for two days and I am fascinated. The options are amazing. The microphone sound is very good. People on the other side of my streamings noticed the changed right away. Bluetooth connection gives a new channel of options. Connecting the card was not difficult at all just a matter of attention. The card even includes a battery so you can move with you for some hours.
