Used it for the first time to take my kitten for his checkup and shots. Aside from his screaming in it, lol, it held up to his clawing at it. Light and easy handle. The bottom is soft but very firm, so no sagging.

We don’t travel much with our cats because we have so many. I got these in case of emergency and we need to carry them out of the house quickly. My cats like to just hang out in them. They’re well made, sturdy and are a good size. I recommend.

    • Really nice! And my cat seems to like it
This is a great little bag for cats. It is reinforced so it doesn't smoosh up when my cat is in there, which is good. I like that he has a little pad too for comfort and to make it easy to clean if I have to. It's nice to have two different openings - sometimes it's easier to get them out from the top when he's scared. The handles are nice and reinforced. Not sure I'll use the shoulder strap much but it's nice to have. The double zippers have a little clippy thing which I think is to keep the zipper closed in case of a rambunctious animal? Good idea. There's a little pouch on the back which is nice too. I like to add stuff that smells like home so he feels more comfy. He seems to like the mesh windows which is nice. The only downside I can find is that the top doesn't have any mesh or a window so I can't see what he's doing in there if he's on my shoulder or even when just carrying. It'd be nice if there was a little mesh or a window or something to be able to see where he's at, just in case. Overall, super nice carrier! ... show more

    • Sturdy basic cat carrier
This is exactly what it appears to be - a good-sized collapsible carrier for your cat or very small dog. It is sturdily built, with a padded bottom for comfort, and the sides are mostly mesh so your pet can see out and you in. There's a shoulder strap, as well as padded duffle-bag-type handles. You access the interior via a zippered hatch on the top, or, one end also unzips. There are many other cat carriers with all kinds of extra special features that this one doesn't have - but, this one is a lot cheaper than those. If all you need to do is take kitty back and forth to the vet, this is ideal. I did notice one unusual feature: the zippered openings have double zippers, and, one of the zipper handles has a kind of carabiner-clip. So, you can clip that to the other zipper handle, making it absolutely impossible for even the most energetic or crafty pet to escape. Good thinking! One minor note: in the photos, this appears to be really quite boldly pink in color, but it's actually somewhat darker than that - maybe a pinkish grey or magenta? The color is fairly subdued, which IMO is an improvement on what's in the photo. ... show more

We have a house full of pets, both cats and dogs (among others) and often need to take one to a vet or groomer (we take one at a time). This soft sided carrier is a great alternative to a heavy metal crate. Arrived without issue and well packed. The carrier folds down for easy storage and has a detachable crossbody strap (which I found difficult to attach) and removable cushioned mat. A smaller handle is sewn to the top making it easy to carry. Mesh sides provide continuous air flow. You can put your pet in through the zippered front or top. Fit each (one at a time of course) of our cats, chihuahua, and it's even long enough for my dachshund (though I would only use for short trips for her). I chose pink, but the color is more of a muted red, though this is not an issue for me personally. ... show more
