PXG makes a great product and 0211s are their "economy" model. Solid feel and look with a sturdy MMT shaft so to me it's high end quality. Liked buying through Amazon (Prime) as it did save some shipping charges.

I am fairly new to golfing, so this went to my husband who is a more intermediate golfer. These clubs replaced some of the clubs in his Strata set, and he is ecstatic about them. The PXG 0211 XCOR2 Golf Irons set is an exceptional product that is designed to deliver unmatched performance on the golf course. This set is suitable for both men and women and features advanced technology that is sure to take your golfing experience to the next level. He did notice a difference in his game. One of the standout features of this driving iron set is its ability to provide impressive distance. The ultra-thin face technology, combined with the revolutionary XCOR2 polymer core material, enhances the club's C.O.R., resulting in out-of-sight ball speed. The lightweight XCOR2 core also enables more weight to be positioned low and to the perimeter of the backside of the club head, significantly increasing MOI and forgiveness. They are also very sleek and good-looking clubs. Additionally, the progressive design of the iron clubs set allows for greater forgiveness in harder-to-hit long irons and maximum control in shorter irons. The varied blade length, offset, and bounce make this set incredibly versatile and suitable for players of all skill levels. Another impressive aspect of this set is the shaft matrix, which offers a range of options to suit different player preferences. For graphite, there are four different flex options, including senior, ladies, regular, and stiff. For steel, there are three different flex options, including regular, stiff, and X-stiff. This variety ensures that every player can find a shaft that suits their swing and maximizes their performance. Our experience is from the set for men. I will say these clubs are at a higher price point, than more affordable club sets, but I think the control and performance of these clubs exceed expectations. These are some great looking clubs and especially for a game Improvement iron. Nice thin top line and the edges are squared off. The graphite shafts are nice. I got regular flex and they are nice and stiff. Sometimes the regular will feel more like a seniors but this one is stiff. The grips are absolutely incredible! I always re-grip right away with Winn dri tac but I'll definitely be keeping these because they feel great, super grippy and unlike the Winn grips, these grips are solid and not squishy. The shafts are Mitsubishi Chemical (reg 70) and the grips are Lamkin Z5. I don't have experience with Lamkins so I can't say for sure but I think the grips are midsize, if they aren't then the standard size is pretty thick. Our weather hasn't been great so at this point I've only been hitting them in my backyard, into a golf net. I like the feel, they actually have a pretty soft feel and really good sound. I'll definitely update this after I get more experience with these clubs. Since I'm in the Midwest and it's going on November, it might be a while. For now, I can say these are very solid, high quality and hit the golf ball very well. There are many reviews on YT and they're all positive. ... show more

    • Seemingly sturdy and accurate for beginner-intermediate golfer
I wanted to upgrade my set of Strata clubs which were very basic at best for a beginner (who has now upped a level). I felt these clubs were the next step up and the cost is fair for a very quality set. On rounds and tee time a golfer happened to check out my clubs and said he had seen this club advertised, and said they were of very high quality so definitely a plus there.... As far as appearance they are definitely sleek and another plus is they offered graphite option. And advertised, they do go the distance once I got my swing speed faster. I'm hoping no to upgrade to another set for quite some time so I feel even when I improve my game to intermediate to advanced level these clubs will do the job just fine. Just wish they could have thrown in a SW in the Iron set, but I had to get another SW as the PW doesn't do very short distances/sand very well. Update April 2023: I cannot believe how much the price of this set increased over 6 months. This set remains sturdy, strong and competitive. I am not disappointed. ... show more

PXG may have just put out the best value premium Golf Clubs that I have personally ever used. The set i received included the 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & PW these all hit like much more expensive clubs. Everything from how they feel in my hands, the look, and just how much of a difference they've made to my golf game is simply incredible. I am getting way more distance an accuracy with these PXG Clubs. You can absolutely feel every bit of science that they put into these clubs. I just cant praise these clubs enough. It's amazing how much of a difference a good set of clubs will make to your golf game, and PXG is definitely a brand that I trust.     • Sturdy and Flexible
These clubs are excellent quality and hit just as well as their more expensive counterparts. The grips and shafts are sturdy and firm without too much flex. They absorb a lot of the impact from hitting the ball and have more of a spring-like surface to really launch it. They look great and have a nice finish that doesn't chip or scratch easily. My game has improved dramatically from these clubs and my accuracy is great. At first I thought it was placebo effect, but my friends commented on my improvement as well. PXG is a well-known reliable brand and these clubs are an excellent addition to their lineup. ... show more
