This is a huge bag of perlite! Don’t waste your money on small bags if you’re doing a lot of gardening, this big sack is the way to go to when buying perlite. I ordered a few of these and they’re all in perfectly clean and dry condition. Note that no matter where you get your perlite you will always find dust from broken down pieces. ’ve been purchasing and using this product for the past three years, and it’s been excellent. I’ve encountered no issues with it. It’s a bit dusty, so you might want to rinse it with water, especially if you’re using it for hydroponics. I typically use it in my flower beds, mixing half soil and half compost, and it works wonderfully. It prevents my soil from compacting and is loved by my plants. I also incorporate it into my potting mix when I’m growing seedlings to ensure their roots have good aeration and drainage. It’s a fantastic product that I would highly recommend. I am making a cactus garden and am using this for drainage. Huge bag, I don't know how they can sell it so cheaply, as I would think the shipping alone would cost what I paid for it. Sold as coarse perlite, but I'd say about 1/3 coarse, 1/3 medium, and 1/3 small size. Nothing like some reviewers claimed it was like dust. Wear a mask though when using.
