I placed an order for the size Large, but received size Small. I did an even exchange for the original item ordered, but received size Small AGAIN! Both product boxes clearly say Small, but the warehouse sticker says Large on it. I won’t bother again. It seems sturdy and the color is perfect. Too bad the quality control isn’t. **Update** Kayla from the company reached out to me. She wanted to verify the information provided in my review. She apologized for the mix up and offered to make it right. This is the first time someone ever reached out to me because of a review I gave and I was impressed. The communication was fast, direct and sincere. I truly believe it’s a packaging and inventory mistake. It happens. So I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 4 star due to the error and immediate correction. The color and quality seemed to be exactly what I was looking for - it was great.
