Did a lot of research and this seemed too be the best choice. Was almost charged when I got it but let it sit on a charger for 2 1/2 hours. Played with functions, setup to app was pretty easy. Adding apps to the phone easy also. Lot of faces to pick from in the app. Documentation is very limited and for the life of me can't figure out the "Talk After Tap" voice options (Doesn't load any apps with what I consider normal commands.) Phone works great. Sleep, steps, heart rate, etc etc all great features. 1st charge lasted me almost 10 days with what I would consider normal use with still having 18% when I decided to charge it back up. First, charge and SOC. The first thing I noticed out of the box was right after the initial charge to 100%, my watch said 83% as soon as I took it off. The battery lasted about a week and a half to two weeks, which is very nice. My issue is, my watch said 40% life left and then died. So the displayed charge is very inaccurate. Next, steps. If you are the type who likes accurate steps counting, this watch is not accurate. I wore a more reputable brand on one arm and this watch on another. Very slight deviation, but when you get above 5k, the deviation continues to grow. At 11k on the more reputable brand, this watch showed around 8.3k. Almost a 3k deviation. For example, at 500 on one, this showed 470 to 480. So, the deviation gets worse as you get higher in steps. Next, Heart rate. With a clinical heart beat monitor, at rest I was 57bpm, this watch said I was 85-90. At 165 to 170 when running, this watch said u was at 100-110. One of the main features I was going for. Next, texts and calls. I received most of my calls on the watch, but not a single text. I could hear people if I answered on my watch, but they could barely hear me, if at all. Next, sleep tracking. Doesn't exist. It's on the watch but, it does not do anything or track. Last, apps and connectivity. I could not get this to connect. I downloaded the app, connected to my phone, yet nothing. I couldn't even pull weather. There is something seriously missing from either the watch or the required app (yes, you have to use their app or you can't use the watch with your phone). Overall, the only thing good about the watch was how long it lasted. I was sick of my old watch only lasting a day or two and having to charge it while I slept, negating the sleep tracking.
