I love this rug. I wish PureCozy had similar rugs in 8x10 or 9x12 because my son needs a new rug for his bedroom. I would definitely purchase a larger version with this or a similar pattern. The rug arrives folded several times in a regular, rectangular Amazon box. To my amazement, it flattened out almost immediately after I unfolded it. The photos I included in my review were taken ~30 minutes after I opened it. There was no creasing. The edges are slightly bumpy, but I'm sure they will flatten out completely over time. (Honestly, it's not even noticeable.) Overall, this rug is definitely worth the price of $65.99. It looks so high quality. I love that it's machine washable. When I do decide it's time to wash it, I think I'll bring it to the laundromat and use one of the ultra high capacity washers. Even though mine is front-loading, I worry that the rug might get beat up in a regular size washer. One thing worth noting is that I don't think the backing is actually nonslip. I put the rug in my living room (not a super high traffic area) and I've had to slide it back into place a couple times after the dogs moved it. Not a big deal for me— I'm going to get a rug pad for it. ... show more

I wasn't too sure about a machine washable rug by mail, but I took a chance on it, 'cause we kinda needed a rug about this size. I was very pleasantly surprised. 'The rug has a nice weight to it, very soft on the feet, a light but functional textured backing, and virtually no dust or out of the package. We unfolded the rug, and it showed some bends from being in the package, but within about two days, it had more or less gone flat. (I did absolutely nothing to encourage it to flatten; I just wanted to see how it played out.) I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I'm sure it'll take very little effort to flatten it the rest of the way. Colors are pretty acurate to the pictures. (I got the blue multi option.) I'm not crazy about the colors, and was kinda hoping they'd be a little bolder upon arrival. But, I can't really complain, as it matches the photos. If you want a more discreet color and pattern, then this might be great for you. I have not attempted to wash it yet. It's probably going to be too big for my home washer (we got the 5x7, biggest size). So, I'd have to drag it to the laundromat. Not a big deal, I would just hate to do that and mess it up if it's not really all that "machine washable." Any of the smaller sizes should fit in a regular home washer, no problem. When the time comes, we might see how far we get hanging it up and beating it to clean. YMMV So, yeah, pleasantly surprised with this rug, even if its washability remains unproven. ... show more

When this arrived folded up in a vacuum sealed package I was skeptical. After unfolding it and weighing it down I realized why. The rug is very thin and has no comfort to the step. I was expecting a little more, so was a bit disappointed. It does cover the old rugs nicely, though, and we’ll just leave that one there for the thickness. This rug is super light and super soft! I got this for my mud room, but after feeling how soft and seeing how pretty it is I think I will relocate this to my little reading area. The 5x7 is a nice size and would fit nicely in a small room or at the foot of ones bed. I love the idea that the rug is washable, and judging by the weight of it I think any standard washing machine could handle washing this rug. ... show more

I bought this rug to go in my guest room, halfway underneath the bed. My pitbull needed something soft to land in when she jumped down. Originally I thought it might be too thin to make a difference, but it has since improved. That’s one way to test a rug!
