    • Directions Unclear but Photos Helped

Product arrived on expected day. Hubby and I assembled it rather quickly although the written directions were unclear and one step seemed to come out of order. A little common sense and a look at the pictures solved that problem. We did find, however, that both of the longer shelves enclosed were bent - unsure if it was a manufacturing problem or shipping issue. We probably could have contacted the seller (and I still might) and asked for replacements but we were in a situation that required a fast shelving solution. Overall, the product will serve our purpose. There is room to hang longest garments in the side areas and others in the center. Shelves across the bottom and top are handy. We opted to put heavier items on the bottom shelves which helped stabilized the unit on the carpet. Stability straps can be used to secure unit to the wall - probably a good idea in a high-traffic area or if things will be moved on and off the unit regularly. For us the shelving unit is functioning for extra storage and straps were not necessary. ... show more

I've been scouring the internet, Amazon and YT to find a video. Need better directions. The little "round" wheels that fell out of everything when opening the pkg seem to just be trash. Did not use them at all. (no instructions on those). The 1st time I put together, I ran out of clips. I finally figured that out. For this price, there should have been 1-3 more shelves. It's sturdy, it does the purpose I intended (hang clothing) Still, low quality over all, lack of instructions was annoying. The videos for similar products is how I got this thing together. So much space. I put it in a small closet under the stairs that only had a single rod. I had to take the top shelf off to maneuver it into place but it was easy to replace on the fly. Materials seem to be of high quality. Does not roll well on carpet.
