These pillow covers are a really soft, cozy fabric. A few loose threads and they shed just a little, but nothing a lint roller can't handle. They fit my 18x18 pillows fine, zipper seems high quality, and I like the bumpy/cushiony texture.

The mattress topper that I got for our camper was a little too long (the bed is a short queen). We cut the section, that we sliced off, into 4 equal pieces. When 2 of the rectangles are placed adjacent to each other they form a square - just the right size for a seat cushion. These covers are a tight fit, but that is exactly what I needed - each cover holds the two sections firmly - so much so, that you cannot see the dividing line. The textured velvet also works well to hide any misalignments! Very pleased with these well-made, soft covers.
