These were easy to put together. Seem relatively sturdy. One seat arrived with the fake leather material ripped. I would have returned the set but I put one stool together and couldn’t take it apart to fit in the box. My advice is to spend a little more for a higher quality stool. UPDATE: seller sent a replacement seat for the one that arrived ripped. My hairdresser comes to my home to cut my hair. She loves that I have this stool now. ... show more

The stools themselves look lovely and very modern. Sleek design that doesn’t look bulky. They were very easy and quick to assemble by myself. Easy to wipe and clean when dirty. One of the seats came with a tear which Amazon easily replaced. However, in the replacement package 1 of the 2 was again torn in the same spot. No biggie, just a little inconvenient. My main concern is that when sitting on them for a while, the nails underneath the seat begin to protrude a bit.
