This is just FANTASTIC! I have been waiting forever for someone to realize that some of us who don't live in our own homes would still like to have the convenience of some of the nice, higher-end amenities found in homes that are purchased. Someday I would like to have a large, functional kitchen but in the interim, I have been doing everything I can to make the one I have as space saving and functional as I possible! After the purchase and installation of nice things such as these, I want to take them with me when we finally are able to move into our home. Due to the thought process and innovation of they way these drawers are designed, there is a choice of connecting it directly to the walls of the cupboard, or to the bottom of the cupboard, making it easy and practical to use in more than one location! There were no building or installation directions included, which I can only assume was an oddity in my particular box, but it was rather self explanatory if you have ever worked with this kind of hardware at all. My husband put this together in about 45 minutes and then it was time to decide where it would be best utilized. Ironically, we ended up fitting it into our mobile pantry unit so it will go with us anywhere, anyway. LOL! However, it was simple to put together and it glides smoothly. I did put a tad bit of WD40 on each side, but not because I HAD to, because I generally do when taking care of any type of barring. I am LOVING that this drawer is keeping my cupboard organized while making it easy to access the entire contents of the drawer. No more bending down and wondering what is back the far recesses of the dark. I am extremely happy with the quality of the wood and other hardware, the design. and the thought that went into this product. 5 stars and would recommend!! ... show more

The description said it expanded between 11-17". I could not get it to close to reach the 11". And there are no instructions on how to do it either. I could not fit it in any of the cabinets.

    • Game changer for my lowest kitchen cupboards

When we bought our home some of the cupboard came with pull out drawer pulls and I came to appreciate them; especially on the lowers levels that I seemed to always be bending and rearranging baking pans to get what I needed. This works very well, and was easy for me to install. Directions are a little funky as there are only pictures - and small one's at that. Once I figured out which side was up, it was pretty easy. I do think that since some of my pots and pans are heavy, I will screw the slider into the cupboard base to keep it more secure. Slider works well. Only thing that might cause a problem is that since the base expands in width, there is an overlap drop of 1/4 inch or so in the middle, so things don't lay totally flat. Not a problem for me as I put larger, heavier trays in the middle and smaller items on ends and didn't have a problem. Even had room under the unit to slide in a flat pizza pan. ... show more

This metal pullout shelf organizer works really good, it feels very durable and has a nice quality look to it as well, it was also super easy to install and you can use the included 2 sided tape strips to secure the shelf to cabinet or you can use screws to secure it as well (not included), I decided to try the 2 sided tape strips and I have to say so far it's staying in place great, the shelf slides in and out easily and I really like that the shelf size can be adjusted so it will work in small or larger sized cabinets, overall I am super happy with this pullout shelf, it definitely made my cabinet a lot more organized, well worth the price in my opinion. ... show more

    • I Like the Concept, But.....

I like the concept of this sliding cabinet drawer organizer, to make the back of the drawers more accessible and usable. Unfortunately, I find this organizer to be clunky and hard to slide once it's fitted into the cabinet. The bottles and jars I had placed on the sliding organizer toppled over when I tried to slide the drawer out. I think I would rather continue to try to reach the back of the cabinet with my arm, rather than having the contents of this sliding drawer fall over and possibly break. I will update my review if it gets easier to slide over time, but for now I can't recommend this item. ... show more

This pull out cabinet tray is very nice. It is easy to install. It works very well and holds a good amount of items. It seems sturdy and durable. Just make sure that you check the measurements to make sure that it will fit your cabinet properly and hold what you need to store on it. It is a great storage and organizational item. I wanted to love this . I wanted it to make things so much easier for me. I had hip replacement surgery 8 months ago so getting into the back of the cabinet was hard.
