I bought this tree when it was included in the prime deals ($170 + the free smart home package). I noticed they increased the price to $260 and I probably wouldnt of bought the tree at that price. So I just took it out of the box to make sure the lights work and all the parts were included. The tree is honestly so much more than I was expecting. I didn't shape the tree and it was still beautiful. It seems to be made well. The lights aren't attached super well, so you can see some of the wires, but it's not super noticeable anyway. No shedding, the height was correct, and it seems like it will last a long time. I hope the lights last for a few years, even if they don't the tree is so beautiful I'd probably just restring the lights. This is the first tree I bought that wasn't completely full, so I was a little nervous, but I'd buy this tree again any day. If you can get this tree on sale, please buy it, you'll be so pleased. ... show more

If you are looking for a realistic looking quality tree, this is it! I got the 7 1/2 foot and it is beautiful. The branches fall into place and then you fluff them. I fluffed each layer from the bottom up. It has 700 white lights. Take time to fluff the branches! It’s is absolutely worth the price. So glad I got it! ... show more

Watched this for a while and bought it during the summer for a great price. It went together easily the first year and looked very nice. The branches on the 2 large sections are hinged, so it folds well for storage. The lights are the perfect shade of “warm white,” that I wanted. A few words of advice: consider the space when you’re getting a pre-lit tree. This tree has a lot of lights and they put out a lot of light. My room is not huge and it’s very bright. I’m going to try a dimmer on it this year. Before packing it away for next year, make certain the numbered stickers on the light plugs are firmly attached and use something easy to see and remove to mark the plugs, like painters tape. So . . .about those pretty lights. Putting it up this year did not go so well, due to issues with the lights. #1. The stickers marking the connections on the lights came off and figuring all that out was time consuming and frustrating. The plugs disappear in the tree and are hard to find. (I used colored tape to mark them again.) I’ve learned from experience to leave pre-lit trees up a few days before decorating them and today noticed a section of the lights near the bottom was out. #2. There was a bulb on the floor, but didn’t expect that to cause an entire level of lights to go out. Well, it did. And it can’t be fixed because the socket is damaged. Not sure if it got pinched on something during storage or if my new dog chomped on it. If that’s what happened, pretty sure he would have eaten the bulb or at least moved it. As stated, if one bulb burns out, the others will stay lit, and that appears to be true, as I’ve noticed there are several random bulbs not working. Overall, I really like this tree, I just have poor luck with lights. Update: by the time I took this tree down, about half the lights on the top section, we’re not working. ... show more

We needed a dose of happy this year and this tree delivered! Every morning when we wake up, every time we walk past it, every time we see it – we smile. This is our first Christmas tree in many years and we couldn’t be happier that we decided at last to do something special this year. It took many hours to position and fluff the branches to our satisfaction. I know some people say setting it up took only a little time, but it’s only after considerable attention that we felt satisfied. We bought a dimmer from Amazon that you can adjust with your foot because the lights are a bit bright at night. The top section is a little wobbly, but fine in the end. I’m glad we gave the placement some thought because it would be problematic to shift the tree to a better place on a carpeted floor, whereas sliding it into the perfect spot is easier on a hardwood floor. In some instances the lighting wiring was wrapped around the branches in a way that made them difficult to separate and place well, looked aesthetically displeasing - but you just had to work with wires a little here and there. The branches are firm and hold heavier ornaments well. I love that there’s a good ratio of volume and openness because of how well the ornaments are framed. Although the trunk doesn’t look 100% realistic, it’s not distracting and doesn’t look bad. After comparing this tree to a range of beautiful real trees at a local gardening center I’m very glad we chose this tree in the end. The real trees would not have been such a good frame for the ornaments and I don’t think the branches would’ve been supportive enough. And of course it’s wonderful not to deal with needles, tree resin and insects etc. The only odd thing about this tree is that the lights seem to change between warm white light and an intense, coppery hue. Had the colors of our ornaments been in cooler shades this would’ve worked well, but because they have warmer shades the shift in color to copper is less than ideal. It seems quite random, but makes us laugh, although admittedly, in exasperation! All in all, a great purchase after the many worries some of the other reviews gave us. ... show more

I ordered this tree as a used returned items so I was skeptical. This tree is lovey! For a 4 ft tree I wasn’t expecting much but it is full, classy and the branches are really neat. Mix of traditional and kind of a faux bush plastic. I will order the bigger one next!
