This is a great chair, works flawlessly and the lift motor is so quiet. Heat and vibration really helps relax and soothe muscles. This is a definite help for my weak knees. I was also impressed with customer service, the kept me advised almost daily the shipping progress and we’re very helpful should I need help or have a problem. They assured me every step of the way they were ready to help. The chair went together very easy, the only problem I experienced was the right side of the back would not lock into place. A small amount of silicone lubricant on the right attachment slide corrected that issue and it locked into place easily. I love the chair, and I think you will too. UPDATE The Chair has been working flawlessly until a couple weeks ago, I noticed the heat function had failed. I performed checks on the obvious, loose connections etc with no luck. I knew the chair was still in warranty, but was not sure how much difficulty this would be to get corrected. Having experience with other companies, I was not optimistic of an easy fix. I sent the email to Alan who had been so helpful during my purchase and received a reply, I explained the heat was not functioning and what I had done. Alan jumped right on it and told me he would send me a new base mechanism. I was surprised at the ease and quick response. Approximately four days later, FedEx showed up with a complete base, wiring, new controls, and mechanism. Never have I run into a company with such excellent customer care. All I can say is, if you find yourself in need of a quality lift chair, one that is comfortable, well built and with the best customer service, look no further. Any product can malfunction, the important thing is how well the company backs their product. This process could not have gone easier, my thanks to the company and mainly their representative Alan for proving there are still businesses out there that believe in their products enough the stand behind them. ... show more

The chair came a week early! Put together in about 30 minutes! Love the heat and massager!! The chair is very firm. Which makes it easier for me to stand up without using the lift. So I can keep using my knees on occasion!! Also nice and wide for my plus size bottom!!

The media could not be loaded. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this chair! It's beautiful! Very sturdy, it's not hard to put together, has a smooth operation and is very comfortable. The massage is gentle and will not rattle your fillings out, the heat is also gentle and soothing, especially after a long day. It's great for those who have back problems, and difficulties getting up out of a chair. I love that it does not have a "sterile/clinical" look to it. This is an AWESOME deal on an AWESOME chair. I have to give props to customer service: Nichole in pre-sales service, Julia in order shipping, but most of all to ALLAN, the after sales service manager! He has been the most helpful and patient person to work with. When the chair arrived a cord had shifted in transit and had sheared off (through no fault of the seller). I contacted ALLAN and he immediately ordered a replacement base, it even arrived in just a few days! I am so grateful to this wonderful company for this incredibly affordable and amazing chair and for such outstanding customer service! I was looking for a chair for back surgery recovery. I got the faux leather one because it would be easily cleanable and wouldn't collect pet hair. The fabric is perfect. It looks and feels like real leather. It's not too shiny or slippery. It seems to be of good quality. My only negative comment is that the seat doesn't have enough padding for me. I had to put a memory foam pillow under me to cushion my tailbone. The back and arms are quite comfortable though. The lumbar heat is wonderful. The motors are quiet so it won't bother others. The recline movement is smooth and quiet as well. Overall, it's a well-made chair with great support. I would buy it again. ... show more

I bought the chair for my mom. She is doing well and very mobile in her early 80s, but she had some back pain and the old chair was just too worn to provide the support she needed. We were somewhat sceptical, but decided - after much research - to try this chair. It came in three boxes. I had to use my dolly to bring the heaviest box inside. Mom and I had no problem at all putting it together. She tried out all the features and everything worked very nicely. It is a much sturdier and harder seat than her old chair, which helps her back very much. She doesn't really need the lift part now, but it is there if she needs it. She loves that it lays completely flat so she can nap or sleep when she wants. She is about 5'6" and slim, and loves the size of the chair. Room for crochet and a cat or two. She pointed out that her heels are right at the end of the leg rest, so a taller person may not like their feet hanging over. I think that is a common problem with the lift chairs because of the room they need to move. I don't think a tall, large man would fit well. But we are, so far, very satisfied. I bought the insurance to protect this expensive purchase, and because we are planning to move in a few months. I want to make sure the chair lasts for a long time! After we move, I think I will buy another like it for me!! ... show more
