This is a great chair, works flawlessly and the lift motor is so quiet. Heat and vibration really helps relax and soothe muscles. This is a definite help for my weak knees. I was also impressed with customer service, the kept me advised almost daily the shipping progress and we’re very helpful should I need help or have a problem. They assured me every step of the way they were ready to help. The chair went together very easy, the only problem I experienced was the right side of the back would not lock into place. A small amount of silicone lubricant on the right attachment slide corrected that issue and it locked into place easily. I love the chair, and I think you will too. UPDATE The Chair has been working flawlessly until a couple weeks ago, I noticed the heat function had failed. I performed checks on the obvious, loose connections etc with no luck. I knew the chair was still in warranty, but was not sure how much difficulty this would be to get corrected. Having experience with other companies, I was not optimistic of an easy fix. I sent the email to Alan who had been so helpful during my purchase and received a reply, I explained the heat was not functioning and what I had done. Alan jumped right on it and told me he would send me a new base mechanism. I was surprised at the ease and quick response. Approximately four days later, FedEx showed up with a complete base, wiring, new controls, and mechanism. Never have I run into a company with such excellent customer care. All I can say is, if you find yourself in need of a quality lift chair, one that is comfortable, well built and with the best customer service, look no further. Any product can malfunction, the important thing is how well the company backs their product. This process could not have gone easier, my thanks to the company and mainly their representative Alan for proving there are still businesses out there that believe in their products enough the stand behind them. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this chair! It's beautiful! Very sturdy, it's not hard to put together, has a smooth operation and is very comfortable. The massage is gentle and will not rattle your fillings out, the heat is also gentle and soothing, especially after a long day. It's great for those who have back problems, and difficulties getting up out of a chair. I love that it does not have a "sterile/clinical" look to it. This is an AWESOME deal on an AWESOME chair. I have to give props to customer service: Nichole in pre-sales service, Julia in order shipping, but most of all to ALLAN, the after sales service manager! He has been the most helpful and patient person to work with. When the chair arrived a cord had shifted in transit and had sheared off (through no fault of the seller). I contacted ALLAN and he immediately ordered a replacement base, it even arrived in just a few days! I am so grateful to this wonderful company for this incredibly affordable and amazing chair and for such outstanding customer service! I was looking for a chair for back surgery recovery. I got the faux leather one because it would be easily cleanable and wouldn't collect pet hair. The fabric is perfect. It looks and feels like real leather. It's not too shiny or slippery. It seems to be of good quality. My only negative comment is that the seat doesn't have enough padding for me. I had to put a memory foam pillow under me to cushion my tailbone. The back and arms are quite comfortable though. The lumbar heat is wonderful. The motors are quiet so it won't bother others. The recline movement is smooth and quiet as well. Overall, it's a well-made chair with great support. I would buy it again. ... show more

Quite pleased with this chair. I was dubious about buying a chair without sitting in it first, but health issues made chair shopping "in person" problematic. This chair arrived almost a week ahead of expected delivery date, was simple to assemble, and it's comfortable. Operation is nearly silent.

Had this chair for about a month now. My old chair was a Lazy Boy and needed to be replaced. I love the fabric and softness. My apartment has an open space floor plan and so this chair sits in the middle of the room. The back of the chair is open and you can see the motor, frame and all the nuts, bolts and screws. I am on oxygen and my air line always gets caught on these exposed bolts and screws when I walk by. The magic button to raise and lower the chair is on the right side of the chair and is impossible to reach with your left hand. Something to think about if you are having problems with your right hand. But on the plus side, the remote control for the heat & massage that is on the left, has a very long cord and can be reached by either hand. The massage is not as strong as I had with my Lazy Boy and if I have regular clothes on, I can't feel it at all. The heat is very strong and I can feel it even with flannel PJ's on. The remote control is smooth and so if you need to turn it on at night, you need to turn on the lights so you can see where to push to get something started. This chair was a lot cheaper than if I got a new Lazy Boy and I will make it work for me, but if I had to do it over again I would buy something different. I like the ample size and comfort of this lift chair. The massage and heat is great. Well built and solid. Looks really good in the living room. Came on time and was easy to put together from the three boxes. It was well packaged.
