I have been wanting a Montessori chair/table set for some time but they typically cost around $60-80 so I was excited to find this for under $40 with a coupon. I was happy to see this set was made with durable plywood and was very quick and easy to assemble. The wood is unfinished so you may want to paint or seal it to help protect the wood but again for the price, I am totally fine doing that. We just added a little paper liner on the top so my toddler doesn’t ruin the wood with markers. I also love the multi-use ability of this product as the chair can double as a stool! Love this little set. It's small and compact wich is great for smaller homes. Our girl loves sitting to do coloring or playdoh at this little table or eat her snacks! It's super sturdy and versatile. I was worried it was gonna be a cheap yellow wood like the picture looks like, But it’s like a birchwood. Literally took me Six minutes to assemble I didn’t even need the directions. It’s super easy to put together. Feels pretty sturdy.
