The media could not be loaded. I spent quite some time researching chairs to find the one that offers the best value and quality and this chair did not disappoint. The variety of settings are more than enough. There are several options to control the chair from the main screen, arm rest, phone app and voice control. Personally I'm not a back sleeper and several times I've fallen asleep using the relax setting. As far as body size I'm 5'6 250 pounds with broad shoulders and big arms. My wife is also 5'6 but has a much smaller frame. The chair adjusts automatically based on the individual. One of my favorite features is the hand massage. It does your arms individually which I'm happy about since with the air pressure raised the way I like it I can't remove my arm. If it did both arms at once I wouldn't feel comfortable. The material is soft but sturdy. Overall I consider this a great score. I haven't had any issues but I have had some questions. I emailed the company and they responded within 24 hours. My only concerns are the chair makes some creaking sounds which the seller assured me it's part of the break in period and will decrease over time. The voice control is what I would consider a bit temperamental and there's way too many voice options to remember. I'd say these are good problems to have. Assembly was a piece of cake. The only tool required was a Phillips screwdriver. It took me about 10 minutes because I wanted to make sure it was perfect. If I had to do another one if it took more than 2 minutes I'd be slacking. The led lights are pleasant and the first 3 programs have zen type music. It would be nice if they all played music but the Bluetooth fills the gap with that. Personally if it was up to me it would be a no phone zone. My biggest fear was second guessing a 2000 dollar purchase and it absolutely was worth it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This Massage chair, so far, is absolutely amazing! Easy to use with multiple ways to control it. The design is aesthetically appealing and works with the other furniture I have. The built in music for some of the modes makes it even more relaxing when in use. If you want to hook your own phone up to the Bluetooth, it is easy to use and provides additional modes that Bluetooth works with. I love the 4D massage mode which provides a more realistic massage. Had bought a basic massage a couple of years just to learn the basics of what I did or did not like. Researched for a year trying to find the right balance of functionality and value. Knew of the keys criteria was 4D capabilities and the ability to customize the massage.....decided on this one from both a research and timing perspective - xmas. First, I will say the delivery was easy and better than I expected considering I needed it brought around to the back of the house basement level. Unpacking was easy and the ability to tilt it and roll it into place rolling it on casters by myself was awesome. Assembly was done by my 15 yr old son in 10 mins with a screw driver. Now to the important part. I am in my 50s, 6'2" 230 lbs. One of my concerns was making sure someone my size could fit into an Asian built chair. Both myself and my wife 5'5" 135 lbs fit into it perfectly. I would say this chair could easily handle some 40 lbs heavier but would caution for someone 6'3" or taller. This is a day 1 review but my wife and have spent hours trying all of the automated preset massages as well as customizing various features. I personally like more of a deep tissue massage and was quite impressed. My wife enjoys more of the comfort massage and she was equally impressed. The massage of the feet was surprisingly awesome. The TouchPad is both responsive and simple to use :) We have not played with the AI/voice capabilities yet but will be doing so over the next couple of days. Have I had a better massage from a massage chair... yes, but those chairs were in the $7000+ range. This chair has exceeded expectations and knocks it out of the park from a value perspective!! ... show more

This is my 3rd massage chair; $7k Costco chair 20 yrs ago, $2k Amazon 3d chair 6yrs ago, now this one. Pros and Cons related to older Amazon chair: Pros - I am 6'2", 240 and this chair adapts perfectly to my height and weight doesn't appear to effect - My wife is 5'1/2", 105 and chair also adapts well to her height - Bigger massage area laterally - Finer control of massage points, seems to really cover areas well - Much easier control board - Foot massage is insane!! - More powerful air bags - Music is kind of cool, very clear speakers (this comes up in Cons also) - Assembly was very easy, harder to get out of box than to get working - Big shout out to Amazon delivery, I wasn't home when it came, just my wife and son, they brought very heavy box into the house! Cons - Doesn't dig in as deep as older 3D chair (my complaint, not my family's) - Stretch function is very weak, older chair really pulled legs and back apart, this just moves legs - Zero gravity function is not as effective as older chair - Music is nice but has about 1 minute piano loop, I need to find out if I can bluetooth my phone - So far, can't find volume control on music, a little loud - 'Hi Alice' voice control is hit or miss, plus you need to know exact commands - Neck massage would be better if chair didn't physically keep your neck bowed out of functional zone Summary, personally, I liked the more 'brutal' older chair a little more but family consensus is this is much better ... show more
