  • Impressive results and not to bulky...
Color: 4G/5G+WIFI+GPS
On the GPS side, I'm hitting on the average of about 17 satellites which isn't too bad at all. In the image herein I hit 18. On the cellular side, I usually hit about 4 or 5 bars out of five. When the herein picture was taken, it was at five bars on Verizon's 5G. On the Wi-Fi side, it depends on what speed that service subscription service its on. So don't rely so much on the speed as much as the connectivity between this antenna and the location of the modem/router. With that said, I'm at three bars out of four and I'm about 60 ft away from the modem/router That's in a single structure, radiant barriered, single family home. So if the modem had an external antenna or even one that was on a freestanding structure outside of the building, obviously the results will vary. But I included a picture of that as well which is slower than that of the cellular test that I did. The antenna is mounted on top of a 2010 Chevy Tahoe close to the rear of the vehicle without having to pull the headliner down as I installed it forward of the rearward interior light, as I could not install it behind the rearward interior light Because of the brace for the top of the truck, unless I wanted to pull the headliner down. But obviously, vehicle dependent, you will have variances with mounting solutions. The antenna has ample amount of length of wiring, But did not reach my MDT/MVC dock at the front of the cabin So I had to get the appropriate cables with the appropriate connections for my dock and the appropriate connections for the leads for the antenna (Take special note to the reverse polarity connection on the antenna lead If you're getting additional length leads). Those of you that are reviewing this antenna without actually connecting to the antenna, Just remember this isn't a wireless repeater which Bridges the gap between your device and the antenna without actually connecting to the leads. You actually have to connect the antenna leads to your device.... The installation is about as expected as any install would be depending on the vehicle. Also take note of how it is mounted onto the vehicle which is the proper way to do it with the slope down in the front. If you reverse the installation, you're going to catch some wind drag Not to mention the aesthetics of a bad install... I have no complaints with this antenna and I purchased it maybe over a month ago. It has a thick rubber gasket around the plane of the antenna but if you want to decrease and improve its efficiency and not getting water between the body of the vehicle and the antenna, I would recommend spraying some silicone grease on the bottom of the gasket before mounting. It's just your preference at that point... ... show more

  • Multi Band Antenna
Color: LTE+WIFI+GPS
Can't say where I am using it. But i can say it works well in the environment of my application. But also does not work well in other environments due to the long mounting stud. In terms of the RF propagation, it works very well.

  • Doesn't work
Color: LTE+WIFI+GPS
I loved the nice length of cables provided except they complicated the install significantly and testing a Nighthawk using this in dual MIMO with TS9 adapters and I noticed a gain of 0-1db with this connected and mounted. Worse than useless, now I have a hole in my wall and a useless antenna.

  • Check the adapters
Color: 4G/5G+WIFI+GPS
Installed on top of an aluminum box van and routed to a Verizon Mifi 8800L. Without the antenna connected we get decent download, but almost no upload. With the antenna connected, we get better download and good upload. I almost wrote it off as a bad investment, but after switching out the TS9 pigtails the results are clear: It works. ... show more

  • Easy replacement for factory gps antenna.
Color: LTE+WIFI+GPS
Better signal than factory and added wifi and 4/5g cell! Love the low profile look.

  • poor results for my intended application
Color: LTE+WIFI+GPS
As much as I wanted to like this antenna, it ended up not providing me with the results I was looking for. To provide some context, I was going to use this in a conversion van project in conjunction with a MoFi router. I really liked the low profile nature and the fact that it would provide me with my WiFi + 4G/LTE all from one antenna. Unfortunately, all my benchmarks showed little to no improvement in my connectivity. I assumed because my MoFi antennas are inside the van that my connection would essentially be garbage but I guess they are performing better than I thought because this Proxicast offered no improvement. I'll be returning it and perhaps be looking into some of their other products ... show more

  • Does the job!

Mostly works as advertised! Often get a few channels in RV parks! Near towns have gotten as many as 36 channels

  • Work beyond my expectations
Color: LTE+GPS
I use this combined with a Pepwave mini BR1 cellular modem to stream in-car footage of my race car during endurance racing events (9+ hours at a time). The system performed well beyond my expectations. Cons: Wish it were smaller or had a more attractive form factor like the factory installed antennas on new cars ("shark fin" style). It looks like a smoke/fire alarm on top of the roof. And, you have to drill a massive 1-1/4" diameter hole where ever you install it. ... show more
