These drinks do leave a dry/pithy taste in your mouth; however, they don't taste bad and if you are like me and have trouble getting enough protein every day - this is a good choice. I don't get the 15g bottles because they aren't enough protein. These are best served over ice, but I lug one around with me every day and I have all of the flavors of the 20 gram on subscribe and save. ... show more

I really like this brand it is my favorite. However this flavor is very sweet. More sweet than I like personally. It does have a good amount of protein for it to be a water so I usually mix spring water and this half and half so that it mellows out some of the sweetness.

when you first take a sip it's not bad but after you swallow, woooo doggy. that's just nasty. and it just lingers i tell you. its like your mouth is still wet but dry af as well with the weirdest after taste. I do not recommend unless you are getting it for someone you just hate.
