Because of a back injury, I needed a soft mat to do my PT exercises. This one is perfect. It is supportive yet not too hard or too soft. The construction seems excellent and it looks like it will hold up for a long time. It folds up, os not very heavy and has straps to carry it.

Bought this for my home exercise and it works excellent for that. As a bonus, we discovered that it also dampens the sound of kids jumping around. We live in a townhouse and try to be careful of loud sounds so as not to disturb our neighbors. When my kiddo needs to get some energy out, we can pull this mat out so she can jump around without bothering the neighbors. This was a little smaller than what I thought it would be. The thickness isn’t great and as it’s a thin. The color is great we selected blue . But it wasn’t long enough or thick enough for us.
