Wonderful product, and much less expensive than other types in the same sq footage. I recently moved to a new home. For the last 2 years I was only able to have a small exercise trampoline due to lack of yard, but now have an area for full size again. My 12yo son has autism and requires one! He never liked the tiny one so was looking forward to a large one again. Unfortunately, the only place I can put it in our new yard is over a driveway area filled with rocks. I'm renting, and the owner's had an RV set up in the area. Despite ordering one with every possible safety feature, I was still concerned about the possibility of slipping while getting up or down on the trampoline's metal steps. So I spent a long time looking for a solution that would make things feel safer. I finally decided on these. I like that I was able to get them in a nice gray, which makes everything in our yard. Won't stick out like some multi color or loud color ones. I really appreciate the thickness! I ordered the 1", but if you look at one of the pics I posted you can see that it's actually a little over an inch thick! I tested walking barefoot on them over the rocks and it was nice and soft! I have no doubt it will protect all of my children from any severe harm if they happen to slip. Plus it'll protect their feet after removing shoes to go into trampoline! Because it is foam, I will also be able to cut an area out that will allow them to go around the sides of the step ladder area, too, which is great! The interlocking areas fit nice and snugly, with no gaps. And they are simple and easy to put together or take apart. Another thing I loved about these, that I didn't find in any other of the type, is the size of each tile! 24"×24" tiles make them much smoother overall and I feel like it may make them safer, although I think that's more of an irrational thing rather than actually being based on any engineering reality Lol! Regardless, I love that about them! If I need more in the future, I will absolutely be back to purchase from this company!!! ... show more

I purchased these mats for a play area in our unfinished basement! My main goal was to have enough cushion and support if my kids were to fall. They provide excellent support and provide much more cushion than regular “play mats” found on Amazon. It took us about 10 mins to assemble a 96 sq ft space. It was extremely easy. They seem to be of really great quality- despite having hot wheels and other toys dragged around on them, they don’t appear scratched. These were a little pricier than other mats on Amazon however you get what you pay for. These are very high quality. When the kids outgrow their play room, we plan to use them for an exercise room. All in all, great versatile product of high quality, providing plenty of cushion and support whether you need it for kids, exercise, or yoga. I’m 8 months pregnant and sat on these for about an hour and it was much better than sitting on a basement floor. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

I needed this as a base layer to put under the bedding of very elderly and disabled turkey hens. Always looking to make them more comfortable and keep them healthy. When their substrate(loose bedding material and/or blankets/towels) gets disturbed it can expose them to the bare floor, creating high risk for pressure sores. These mats are exactly what they needed. Though I wouldn't call them soft, they definitely are when compared to the ground or floor. The only downside is that they are not waterproof as I thought, so they need to be covered with a waterproof sheet and then the substrate on top. I would have found a waterproof alternative if I had realized. ... show more

1inch thickness is great, super soft. Weights cause indentations on mats but they eventually go away when moved. Easy to cut with a sheetrock blade to go around corners and such. To me I would prefer that all corners were squared off but the edging pieces create a rounded corner.

The media could not be loaded. We love these tiles. They are very cushiony & easy to install. We laid them with the texture side up so if working out or doing gymnastics the surface isn’t slippery. We used a retractable utility knife which required you to score then make several passes to cut thru the width. It worked but a loner knife might make it cut faster. I would also suggest using a large metal square for cutting lines. We used a long level. It looks fabulous installed. I wish I would have taken a pic before we put everything back into garage. As you can see in the video we were able to cut them very precisely around the door curb. Highly recommend. One last note. We started at the front of garage so all the small cuts would be at the back and around our refrigerators. Just make sure the edge pieces are on the floor and not hanging over the lip where driveway slopes down. ... show more
