I’m just putting these in place. So I can’t yet speak to the durability and longevity of the product, but they seem quite sturdy. They’re more of a foam than a rubber like those in gyms. They’re quite thick and provide ample cushion to my hard and cold wood floors. As my pics show, I placed them under the area rug in my workout space. They already lend so much more comfort vs working out with nothing between the hard floor, carpet, and my body. It was really easy to put together and assemble the way you want. Be it a large square or more rectangular as I did mine. Put our exercise bike on the mat afterwards and it works just fine. Pretty easy to keep clean as well.

I am actually using them as separate pads for under my tires of stored vehicle to prevent tire flat spots. Good quality and strong. Not sure about using for workout purposes as product is designed for weather too hard, too soft or just right.

The ProSource Puzzle Exercise mat is an excellent addition to our home gym. The puzzle-style connectors are easy to use and create an array of shapes of sizes depending on your needs. Easy to connect and setup. My only complaint is that whenever I put heavy workout equipment on these they slowly start to separate. They work great if you just plan on stretching or doing light workouts with it. All in all, it at least does its job and protects the floor.
