  • Great Outdoor Tent
I purchased this tent to use for my outdoor craft fairs and I am very pleased with it. I used it for the first time about two weeks ago. I was by myself at the craft fair setting it up and another vendor (a woman) came over and showed me how simply it was to set up (even if I had to do it by myself) It truly was very easy to set up. The quality of the materials of this tent are wonderful. The tent is well made fabric (not plastic or cheaply made) the frame is all metal and heavy duty not flimsy at all. The top fits like a glove and was easy to put on for the first time. The top has Velcro for securing the corners and elastic tie downs with hooks to secure to the top of the frame. Once the top was in place we extended the legs (they each have built in pegs) to the height I wanted. The tent could have gone up another notch for even greater inside height. I love the head room this tent offers. No having to crawl under the tent to put it up. I feel I made a good investment for the money it looks as great as the more expensive tents without the big price tag. The tent comes in a zipper bag the bag is well made. It is a bit heavy about 45 lbs. I just used my beach cart to take it from my car to the tent site to set up. No big deal. I would definitely recommend this tent. I purchased the side walls separately. Very please with my purchase. ... show more

  • Very good canopy! I am well pleased.
I bought this canopy to replace a cheaper one that I have had for several years, The old one is not a pop-up style. The frame was in thirty separate parts which had to be duct-taped together and setup absolutely required at least two people. I like this one for several reasons. The legs are perpendicular to the ground so the canopy and footprint are the same. I set it up the first time in about 15 minutes by myself. The secret (or key) is not to force anything. The frame and legs are steel tubing of fairly light gauge wall although the whole thing still weighs 45 pounds. The second time I used it, my son and I set it up in about 5 minutes. The difference in time was due to my going around to frame 20 times by myself so as not to force anything. It is easy to set up and easy to take down. Two suggestions I would propose is to include some sort of adjustable rope tightener for the tie downs and heavier stakes for the legs and tie downs. I bought bigger stakes and made rope tighteners for mine. ... show more

  • Classy looking and easy to put up.
Have used this twice and love it. The canvas is a very strong good quality with a nice, not cheap, look. It was very easy to put up. The first time we had to figure a few things out as far as what order is better to push what up first and once we figure out to push of the center and top be fore elongating the legs, it was a snap. The first time we used it there were a lot of birds overhead so it got very dirty. But all of that rinsed off easily and didn't leave a stain. I bought Wenzel sunscreen walls to go with it. They fit perfectly, are easy to put on, and match exactly. With the side it gives my display area a very professional look. This tent is well worth the few extra dollars over the bargain brand. My only regret is that the carrying case does not have wheels. That would have been nice. ... show more

  • Great, inexpensive tent
This is just the right height, not too short like some of the less expensive tents. The framework is made of a lighter weight metal so it's not as heavy duty as the expensive ones, but for my purposes I didn't need one that could withstand the apocalypse. Once you figure out how it all works unfolding & refolding it's really quite easy even for one person. ... show more

  • Would Not Recommend!
I was contacted by Seller/Amazon to post a review, otherwise I would have not bothered. I would not recommend this product. It is thin material, leaks from roof terribly, soaking us underneath. ( It was delivered, then used for an outdoor event a few days later, where we knew rain was imminent.) The material is cheap. It's thin. I'm not expecting it to be completely sealed to stop rain, it does not make those claims in the ad, but - it leaked from all sides of the seams because it's poorly made. It was just a nightmare. If I had not thrown out the box already, I would have returned it. Now I'm stuck with it, so that is my lesson to learn. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX! The really odd thing about this situation, is the disgusting slime that emits from the fabric when it gets wet. I've had pop up canopies from different companies/brands over the years, and none of them had gel like slime on them when they got wet. When the material was dry, no slime, it is normal. When it got wet,... .slime. I assumed its chemicals sprayed on the fabric in the factory for some reason? Its' a gel like viscous like slime. After the event, we took it home, opened it back up in the yard to dry out. the next day, it was dry, no slime. We lowered it 1/2 way down to make the fabric more reachable - sprayed with water hose, to get wet again.. and slime was back! It was less however. I spent 30+ minutes spraying it high pressure hose inside and out-(of the material) and most of it was blasted off, but still- slime.. What chemical is being put on this fabric?!? I'm going to put this hunk of junk in the yard sale next month, and try to get any amount of money back for it. I do not recommend getting this product, its paper thin cheapy material, and has slime on it when it gets wet. and that smears the clothes when trying to close it and put back in. Did not stain clothes, but leaves a film of goo on clothes until it dries. YUCK! ... show more

  • Great Frame But Sadly A Pointless Canopy
I'm so bummed about this tent. I LOVED the sturdy construction of the frame and it was very easy to get up, maybe 5 minutes. Every thing seemed great until the first time I used it. It rained and within 10 minutes of light rain it was leaking in several places. I may have passed it off as just a faulty canopy and tried to keep the item but when I got home I was sunburned even with no direct sun on my face all day. Clearly this canopy is not UV protective. I ordered this for craft shows so rain & sun protection were the whole point! It had to be returned. On the off chance that you already have a good canopy top and just need to replace the frame, then this is a great frame for the money. ... show more
