  • Great item! But Damaged.
The collectors item was as described but I was so furious and upset when I saw that the actual item was damaged. This was a gift and it was broken. So upsetting! Specially when you’re talking about a collectors item. This is not what you want to receive. I tried calling for a replacement but all they offered was $30 shipping credit. So upsetting! ... show more

  • Great Drones
Ok so first review was not so nice since then I have figured out ALOT more about these drones. I own all 3 and the Speeder Bike hands down fly's the best then X-Wing then Tie fighter. The X-Wing has better fire power but speeder bike is way more agile you can actually tell when flying and feels like I can shoot from further away and hit target with X-Wing then bike that being said the X-Wing strafing feels like its under powered half the time like sometimes it works other times it doesn't I think its my controller cause does same thing on app. If i recommend anything if you are going to play with these on a regular buy the protection plan ( The Manufacture no longer covers their 1 year or their 90 day warranty they do not make anymore so no longer cover warranties) that they offer and get older ones or previously owned, ones that are still in good shape for cheap for parts, I got a lot of 6 2 drones of each for $40 just for spare parts. Over I love each one of these drones their all awesome fly great but do have toy grade motors and other cheaper inners making some things fail alot sooner then they would on hobby grade, but the controllers are the best thing i ever got to play with. I wish they would of put as much into the drone as they did the controller but over FANTASTIC buy i mean what guy has not dreamed of star ship battle with star wars ships before? Go ahead I have time lol they are epic well worth the money each I may suggest buying the tie fighter first as its the cheapest so you know what you're getting into. My first flight I ended up buying them all if that tells you anything lol. Only reason for 4 stars is The warranty plan was not available when I bought and would not let me add it even though it was only a week or less when I had bought it and the manufactures warranty is no longer covered so that all sticks but great otherwise ;) ... show more

  • Great design and fun to fly, but quality needs help.
This droid is an experience. Every little detail has been thought of, from the unboxing to little surprises on the controller. The design of everything is A+. As my first drone, it is fairly easy to fly. It also comes with a phone holder so you can download the app for it and practice flying a virtual drone. It is super zippy out in the open and is so much fun. It is fairly stable for its size and doesn't drift too much on a calm day. My 15 year old daughter picked up flying it very quickly. But, there appears to be some quality issues with it. First, the remote I received was broken and the company was unresponsive to two emails I sent. I had to return it and buy a new one. Second, the crash cage is so fragile that it broke after a soft landing on grass. The company has been sold out of replacements for some time. Third, every one of the little guns on the side broke after mild crashes on grass. It did come with replacements. But I am just leaving them broken to avoid breaking the replacements. Out of the blue, the drone has started shutting down mid-flight and dropping like a rock for no reason. It has happened twice. The battery was not dead and I was not sending it the kill command either time it happened. In summary, the design and flight are fabulous, but the quality is lacking for the price. ... show more

  • Works great, but is missing one thing
It flys really good, and it takes a while to get used to the controls, you have to power the remote control and the craft in a certain order for it to sync. Their is supposed to be an app for your smartphone, but it has seemed to be no longer available and I can't seem to find the official page for the product. ... show more

  • You want this. It's amazing.
So...I'm pretty sure the price has gone up since I bought mine. I ended up getting four drones for recipients at Christmas - all starwars. And because they are multi-player, the more the merrier. The unboxing is just fabulous. So if you get one of these, expect to stop the party for about two hours to just enjoy unboxing and getting familiar. It's really really well designed...they thought of everything. Do yourself a favor and watch an unboxing video also. It's a bit detailed and first time is a little bit confusing. But omg. It is so cool. The only thing I can possibly think of that would make these any better is an on board camera. That was the consensus of our group. But they are easier to use than other drones in the same price category. And the sound effects are cool...the display cube is nice...just all around five stars. Great item. ... show more

  • Love it!
Phenomenal drone! Completely forgot we ordered this, which further enhanced the experience of just opening the box. In hindsight I would have paid the $60 for just the packaging considering the screams and frantic dancing from our two year old son at just opening the box. It comes sealed with wax on two sides that contain the rebel insignia. After you cut through and pull off the top you are greeted with bright lights and loud Star Wars themed music piping out of the box! The drone is set in a plexiglass collectors case with a rechargeable battery to continue to experience the thrill every time you lift the lid off the box. Once inside it’s a snap to put together and get your X-Wing up and running. Everything is extremely well put together and feels like it should be priced WAY higher based on quality and aesthetics. I would recommend downloading the free apps that let you go through virtual flight training with the remote connected to your phone via Bluetooth before taking your drone out for maneuvers. Once your ready go with training mode, and put on the protective shield to save your propeller blades and go after it. While there are three speeds when out of training mode, I found that the first and second speed are more than enough to get the full experience and allow you a little grace in maneuvering. This saves you some possible damage, along with your pride and battery life. I’m not sure who enjoys this fighter more, me or the kids :). You won’t be disappointed! ... show more
