Do not buy from PROHEAR with Prohear 016 model. I have ordered three separate ones to reach an amazon locker, 2 could not be shipped, and waiting on the 3rd to arrive home. I feel this company is a scam, avoid at all costs. I want to apologize to PROHEAR as i received my refund and the item i placed the second time for has been received. It was out if their power for what is going on in delivery. I noticed that Amazon delivery is not fulfilling deliveries as intended and this needs to be adressed to management. ... show more
