Description

Hand applied distressing on rough hewn and planed pine solids to achieve a natural, farmhouse look. Tops and ends are solid planked panels, over-sized thick tops and parting rails. Dresser features tongue and groove construction with pine solids produce durable cases, inset drawers constructed of solid pine drawer interiors with metal positive stop guides and gunmetal finish on nostalgic cup pulls.

It's a beautiful piece, but not well-made. It's not worth the price I paid. The delivery was terrible, but was not the fault of the seller I purchased it from. I ordered the dresser in October and received it in December. It was outsourced to a third party shipping company who posted false updates about contacting me and setting up appointments for delivery. They never contacted me. I ended up getting their information from the seller and I called them. The 3rd party shipping company attempted to deliver the dresser and the driver was unable to get me on the telephone, so he never drove in my driveway to knock on the door or make any attempt to deliver the dresser...he pulled over on the side of the road and drove off before we could run out to the road to catch him. Finally, I received the dresser after 2 months for it to end up with 3 holes punched in the back :) I ended up keeping the dresser because I desperately needed it and it looks fantastic in my farm house. For the price I paid, it should have had better pulls and slides for the drawers-the hardware is just cheap. The wood is rough-cut lumber so it is not a smooth finish and dust can accumulate on the piece making it difficult to wipe down. But, it sure is pretty...LOL!!! ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase this dresser (and set) because of the mediocre reviews. I am so glad I went with my gut and purchased them anyway! I absolutely love them!! We had purchased a distressed white upholstered sleigh bed from Ashley Furniture and the Laurel & Cates shelves (and bench) because I love the black hardware and sliding barn door effect. I didn’t like the the furniture that went with my bed set. I had to set out and find something I liked and I kept comparing everything to this dresser! The dresser is very sturdy and solid wood. Can you get a splinter on real wood? Of course. It was packaged extremely well on a crate with a ton of padding and support to prevent damage. I absolutely loved the fact that the only “assembly” involved was turning the handles around. They are on the inside of the drawer to prevent damage. The last topic I want to touch on is the color. It is a distressed white. Some of the pictures look cream or beige, but it is indeed white. ... show more

This piece is GORGEOUS. I can’t believe how good the quality is for the price. I saw this dresser over on another popular website for double what I paid here on Amazon. The packaging did come torn up, but the piece itself was in perfect condition. I also paid extra for delivery with room of choice and the delivery men were so nice. They made sure all the drawers worked and nothing was falling off. I’m so happy I took a chance on this! ... show more

Prior to ordering this dresser I read thru all the info & looked at the whole bedroom set. I was very disappointed that when the dresser delivered the mirror was not included. This was not noted anywhere nor was it an option to buy separately. Now I feel the dresser itself was a bit over represented & overpriced. All pics show it with the mirror. Worst wood ever. The product has lots of splinters and I believe the carrier that brought it to my house damaged it. I needed it, so I kept it because the damage was little, but worst wood ever and this is not distressed at all. This is not done professianally. It looks like they were in a hurry. It looks like they put tape in a few parts and then took it off to make it look distressed. Not good at all!!! ... show more

Poor poor quality. The description of the product does not match actual product. Customer service was also horrible trying to return everything because it was misrepresented and they still want to charge me 20% restocking even though they did not hold up their end of the agreement per description of merchant ... show more
