Used to be when I traveled with my mule he'd pull the hay out of the hanging bag and more would go on the floor of the trailer than in his mouth. NO MORE! The mesh on the bottom of this triangular manger contains the smaller bits, and I can easily toss in apples or treats if I stop and want to give him a snack. I also can put a measure of sweet feed into it when he loads, a sure way to increase his enthusiasm for the trailering process, and it does not fall through. So I go from having a net and a bucket that needed to be cleaned to having this permanent fixture I can toss a flake into and away we go. I permanently added eye bolts to my trailer so it is quite secure with the supplied double hooks. ************UPDATE: after 4 years of use the grommets started to pull out. BUT reading the reviews it seems the newer products are not as well made as in the past. What to do? I bought a new one. It is now after 3 months use at the point the previous one was in 4 years. Tragic poor quality workmanship. The grommet pulled out of a corner, and the fabric ripped. Now I'll look for an alternative. ... show more

This product has worked out great! It fits perfectly in my horse trailer & is very durable. My horse is one that destroys hay nets very fast but this one is standing up to his torture. Lol. He loves to dig his head deep into the hay & flip the hay nets & mangers all around & even flip it outside of the stalls. This one is holding its own, so to speak & saying bring it on stinker!! I will definitely be buying more from this company. It came pretty quickly, just in time for me to need it for a show ... show more

The first time I used it I could tell it wouldn’t last. Was already ripping. Didn’t get me past three trailering before it was trash. Before this one, I had one made by Logan horse trailer brand and it lasted ten years. Going back to that. Save your money.

I really liked this corner feeder in my two horse Adam's trailer. I did have to tie the third side up with baling twine. It worked perfectly and I definitely will buy a second one for the other side of my trailer.

Our old corner feeder same brand was much deeper and larger. I am glad I kept the old clips to make it fix. It was so small it wouldn't have fit with out the old clips.
