Built a CPAP mask & hose cleaner. Zip-tied some Pex pipe clips to the basket to keep the hose submerged. ASIN: B0BKFC8MFR Used hot/warm water and iSonic AlignerClean. ASIN: ‎B07J249F5V Fill the tank, submerge the basket, feed the CPAP hose into the clamps so the water flows through the hose leaving no bubbles, add the mask and accessories. Run for 5 minutes. Everything comes out squeaky clean. IMHO this works much better than other CPAP cleaners, because the ultrasonic cleaning action works as good as manual cleaning, and far better than ozone or UV. One bad feature is that the tank does not completely drain because the bottom of the tank is flat. Easy fix, use 3/8" thick felt pads to tilt the Ultrasonic towards the drain. I used the device once and it worked fine. 2nd time a month later and it won't heat water or clean - the front panel controls LEDs are blank & unresponsive. The rear power switch is on and lit. I moved to a different outlet and the same problem. I contacted the seller through Amazon to have it repaired/replaced as it has a I purchased it because it has a 2-year warranty. [Edit/Update: The seller sent a replacement device within a week of reporting the issue to them] ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great Super strong ultra sonic cleaner, was sceptical about pulse mode at first, but as you can see in the video is actually very effective, I am cleaning clogged aresol can gorilla spray glue spray paint style nozzles in video, what you see coming to the surface is the gorilla glue as ultrasonic cleaner does its magic, and yes they did work after I cleaned them ... show more

Perfect size for doing large 4-barrel carbs & other similar auto parts. Started with some single barrel Rochester carbs for a Corvair. The photo is of the last of the four carbs I did using the same 10 quarts of cleaning solution & that carb looked as good as the first one. I did use an auto parts cleaning solution in a ratio of 1:9 distilled water. What it Will do: get parts that have heavy dust, dirt, grime build-up clean! Will do it within a 30 minute session. No need to run longer, as far as I could see. What it Won’t do: it WILL NOT make the aluminum body, or any zinc plated, or brass part look new & shiny (that’s not what Ultrasonic cleaners do). It will no remove rust from steel parts (or at least didn’t in my case - but I didn’t expect to). What about “extra steps?” I did no pre-cleaning of the parts. It will clean better using the heater to heat the water (I only went up to 40 Celsius) in the submersion tub. Once you bring the parts out, rinse in clean hot water & blow dry (use a hair dryer on a hot setting to expedite the drying) which will take only 3-4 minutes. That’s it, I started reassembling my cards once they were dry & they work better than they did before. The controls are fairly self-explanatory, especially if you review the directions. However, since the instructions cover several models, make certain you check out the illustrations & are reading the instructions for the correct unit. It is especially nice that this unit has a built-in drain valve that makes it painless to drain out the old solution. That’s all I’ve got! Oh, one last thing, Ultrasonic cleaners are noisy (as a function of their operation) & a 10 quart one is no different. Operating it on a solid table/surface helps reduce the noise, as does leaving the top off, but that would result in greater loss (evaporation) of the cleaning solution. The sound it makes is similar to a TIG welder in operation. You probably don’t want to stand next to it for the entire 30 minute cycle. ... show more
