  • Definitely great for beginners
Hey yall so I've been up and down these reviews trust me. I received my package on time and decided to put it to use the very next day. First let me say yes it has a smell. I was seeing everyone complaining about how strong it is ,but to me it wasn't to bad Morovan monomer is way stronger this one has a little perfume smell to it and feels more oilly then the others. I feel like the others has an alcohol feel to it if it gets on you. The monomer is easy to work with but make sure you do not soak your brush in it just lightly dip it in the monomer because to much will have it running. It drys in a decent time but definitely give it about 2-4 mins to sit once you get your desired shaping to completely dry. Then a light file and buff and your good to go design or do what ever you choose to do with the nail. P.s it takes about 5 mins of applying time before it starts to cure if you need more time dip ya brush lightly in the monomer to extend your time. These mf's should pay me for my review I feel like I had the most informational one written 😆 ... show more

  • LOVE!
I have been using this monomer for over 3 years now! I do my own nails and my sisters. Sometimes I go to a private nail tech. I went recently and she was using THIS MONOMER! I told her how much I love it. It has great performance, drying time is perfect! It’s easy use and the scent isn’t stifling. It does not change to yellow either. Definitely value for money! BUY IT! ... show more

  • GOOD
Its a good monomer for beginners. I see reviews saying it yellowed but that wasn't the case for me. I've had it for about a month and it works really good with my Mia secret acrylic. Only problem I have is that the scent is really strong even when closed it makes my room really strong.

  • Pretty good!!
I used this monomer to start practicing acrylics, and it works very very well! I have 0 complaints about the functionality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I noticed that after a little while, the monomer starts leaving a yellow hue. The label states it’s non yellowing, so that became an issue when trying to lay down white/light colored acrylic. ... show more

  • SMELLS VERY STRONG
It dries quick, overall works great, but the smell is unbearable. My entire upstairs smelled like it. Took several hours with fans blowing to get the smell out of my room. It also irritated my throat from the fumes. If you buy this make sure to take it outside, or open the window with fan facing towards it. Would not recommend for people with athsma or breathing problems. ... show more

  • Works
I like to use this brand since it works for me but also because it is on the cheaper side compared to other monomers.

  • 100% Honest Review (Every Little Detail Included)
Let’s get straight to the point. This monomer is horrible. It is yellowing, it is runny, makes it difficult to build up acrylic and to form an apex, IT INCLUDES MMA, and smells worse than normal monomers. Although this bottle says no MMA and true EMA monomer, it definitely has MMA which is harmful for your skin. I know this because when soaking off the nail it was gooey instead of flakey which isn’t supposed to happen. The bottle also says non yellowing but this clearly isn’t true either (proof sent in the pictures attached). This monomer is horrible quality and I wouldn’t ever recommend this to beginners and especially not to licensed nail techs. There are many good reviews on this monomer but they were all probably just beginners thinking it worked good or people being paid and sponsered to leave a good review. No over exaggerating or anything, this product is difficult to use and makes your nails look worse. Invest in a better monomer. After seeing how bad this monomer was, I went to research and found that Makartt was a good monomer brand. I purchased it and it worked wonders. It was non yellowing, kept the color of my acrylic, wasn’t runny at all, helped form an apex better, and the smell wasn’t as bad. (Not sponsered!!) If you are a beginner nail tech and your looking for the best quality, cheapest monomer; I would recommend the Makartt one ($29) but definitely not this. I will attach pictures of the monomer, how my nails turned out using it, and how another nail turned out using the Makartt monomer. (Glittery nails were from the intiMD monomer and pinky v shape nail was from the Makartt monomer) But all in all, would not recommend this monomer as it is yellowing, smells worse than other monomers, and is difficult to work with. Save your money; do not buy. ... show more
