I have all but 2 or 3 of the professional tool line. I'm a fan of the Tianbonsai tools. But I'm very disappointed. When I ordered the smaller root cutter, it had a photo of a root cutter. After I ordered and paid for the root cutter... they changed the photo to a trunk splitter. And that's what they sent me. I've always been very impressed with Tianbonsai, but this is very disappointing. It would be nice for them to contact me and we could arrange to return the trunk splitter for a root cutter. I already own that size of trunk splitter. I live the quality of the tools... let see how good the customer service is. I will post an update if this is corrected. ... show more
