It is hard to rate 3 utensils in 1 review. I get the most use out of the spatula with straight edge. It is particularly good on my cast iron pan (and the reason I purchased). I use it during cooking and during cleaning, as it scrapes food off while I boil oil. The curved one has not bee used yet, but I understand it is for pancakes. I may try it with omelettes. Decided to make cheesesteaks this weekend on a grill griddle I just got but got a chance to use them for something else the other night and I have to say, it's pretty sturdy. I baked a frozen pizza in the oven and needed to pull it out. Normally, I would use an assortment of kitchen utensils that would make my life harder than it should but with the turning spatula, it pulled it out very easily. The pizza is about 12 inches and weighed a little over 18 ounces. The spatula handled that size and weight just fine with a little bit of flex. The rivets in the handles seem like they'll last a long time as well. I opted to get the wooden handles since I just got back from a trip using grilling utensils with plastic handles in 100-degree weather. The heat from the grill and sun made the plastic handles hot and uncomfortable to use after a while. With wooden handles, it'll be able to handle the heat better. ... show more
