I purchased this and 3 days later it arrived. I was able to use it today for the first time!! Absolutely love it!! I purchased because I wanted something easy for a short ride, plus I love bareback riding but can’t go as far as I would like. This is really comfortable, sturdy, stays in place, after a few new hole punches for the girth. The stirrups fit my boots nicely but I need to do something because they will slip slightly, I just didn’t put my entire body weight after the first slip. This seems like it will hold up for a while! I rode about 3 miles, I was only going to ride about 15 minutes to test it, but it was so awesome I kept going! I believe my horses thanks me for this LOL. Did I mention there is no squeaking as with my western saddle! I can hear what’s going on around me, it was great to hear then watch the deer jump out in front of us! ... show more

Feels like good quality, but functionality falls a little short for me. The cinch does not get it tight enough to use the stirrups to get on from the ground (which you shouldn’t do anyway really) but also if you put any weight in the stirrups it slips bad. Replace the cinch or remove the stirrups. Otherwise it’s really nice. ... show more

This saddle is horrible unless you're putting in on Clydesdale! I have an Arabian and the winch will not fit despite placing 6 extra holes. Continues to slip and extremely unsafe. Worst product.

this is very well made, but the gift recipient wanted one without stirrups, so I can't comment on how the horse felt about it.

The pad itself was a nice pad but the stirrups are too far forward and they are attached to the pad so you can move them using a sewing machine. The stirrups are small more like for English riders.
